Abstract: Provided are a backlight surface light source and a liquid crystal display device. The backlight surface light source includes a mini light emitting diode substrate and a plurality of mini light emitting diodes disposed on the mini light emitting diode substrate, and the mini light emitting diode has a micrometer size, which can greatly reduce a thickness of the backlight surface light source; the mini light emitting diode substrate is provided with a through hole, and the mini light emitting diodes are disposed on the mini light emitting diode substrate evenly around the through hole. The mini light emitting diodes can be decreased to reduce the production cost, and meanwhile, the uniform illumination of the backlight surface light source can be ensured. The backlight surface light source has a thin thickness and can uniformly emit light, which is favorable for a thin design of the liquid crystal display device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a curved display device and a display panel thereof. The liquid crystal layer is located between the CF and the TFT substrates, the plurality of photo spacers is disposed on a surface of the CF substrate facing the TFT substrate, the sealing layer is disposed between the CF and the TFT substrates and surrounds an edge of the liquid crystal layer, the liquid crystal layer includes an intermediate region and two edge regions located at two sides of the intermediate region, a stress generated from the photo spacers located in the intermediate region on the liquid crystals in the intermediate region is smaller than that generated from the photo spacers located in the edge regions on the liquid crystals in the edge regions.

Abstract: An OLED display panel and a mobile phone are disclosed. The OLED display panel includes a transparent display region and an effective display region that surrounds the transparent display region and completely covering an OLED display panel. The transparent display region is used for installing an electric device in front of the mobile phone and disposed below the transparent display region, which can achieve a high screen occupation ratio to give users a better visual experience. Additional and patterned OLED anode layer and the OLED light-emitting layer are arranged in the effective display region comparing to the transparent display region, except for the OLED anode layer and the OLED light-emitting layer, the effective display region and the transparent display region are provided with same film layers, and the same film layers is finished in a same manufacturing process, which can avoid an irregular-shape cutting, simplify production process and reduce cost.

Abstract: A manufacturing method for TFT array substrate and TFT array substrate are disclosed. After depositing an electrode material layer and a metal material layer on the gate insulation layer and the active layer in sequence after the active layer above the gate electrode is formed. A photoresist pattern is formed on the metal material layer. The photoresist pattern includes a first and second photoresist blocks with different thicknesses. The metal material layer and the electrode material layer are etched using the photoresist pattern to form a contact electrode and pixel electrodes connected with two ends of the active layer and the source/drain electrodes on the contact electrode. The process is simple and can effectively reduce the contact resistance between the source/drain and the active layer and improve the quality of the product.

Abstract: The present invention teaches a direct-lit backlight module and a related manufacturing method. The direct-lit backlight module includes a driver substrate, a reflection layer on the driver substrate, multiple mini-LEDs arranged in an array on the reflection layer, multiple reflection bumps on the reflection layer among the mini-LEDs, and an optical film set on the reflection layer, the mini-LEDs, and the reflection bumps. The mini-LEDs are electrically connected to the driver substrate. The reflection bumps jointly form a mesh dot structure. When light passes through the mesh dot structure, the light is scattered by the mesh dot structure to various directions, thereby enhancing the lighting efficiency of the direct-lit backlight module.

The optical film assembly is disposed on a top of the light guide plate, the reflective layer is disposed on a bottom of the light guide plate, the light-emitting assembly includes an LED light bar disposed opposite a light incident surface of the light guide plate and a substrate disposed on a bottom of the LED light bar, and the substrate extends to a bottom of the reflective layer. The present disclosure enlarges the assembly space of the substrate by disposing the substrate on the bottom of the reflective layer and extending the substrate to the bottom of the reflective layer, thereby making it easier to dissipate heat of the LED light bar.
