Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes: a base substrate, a reflection region layered structure and a reflection electrode. The base substrate includes a pixel region, the pixel region includes a reflection region. The reflection region layered structure is in the reflection region, and includes a particle layer, the particle layer is configured to provide a granular rough surface on a side of the reflection region layered structure facing away from the base substrate. The reflection electrode is on the particle layer.

Abstract: The present invention provides a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel. The display substrate comprises a plurality of sub-substrates, distance measuring regions are provided on a base in space regions between the sub-substrates, the distance measuring region is configured to measure a distance between a mask plate and the base before forming each layer in the sub-substrates by using an exposure process, wherein a peripheral area of the distance measuring region is provided therein with a supporting layer on the base, the peripheral area is located in the space region and around the distance measuring region. There is no large segment difference between the peripheral area of the distance measuring region and the region, where the sub-substrate is located, of the display substrate, so that remarkable stress concentration cannot occur when the display substrate is subsequently aligned and assembled with other substrate.

Abstract: A digital regulator includes a voltage comparison circuit, a counter, a decoder and a switch circuit. At an initialization phase, the voltage comparison circuit is configured to compare the reference voltage signal and a first signal to output a first level signal, and the counter is configured to initialize and output an initialization signal as a control signal according to the first level signal. At an operation phase, the voltage comparison circuit is configured to compare the reference voltage signal and an output terminal of the switch circuit to output a second level signal, and the counter is configured to count according to the second level signal and output the control signal. The decoder is configured to turn on the plurality of switch units according to the control signal from the counter.
