Abstract: A method of manufacturing a substrate of a display device is provided. The method includes: providing a substrate body; coating a photoresist layer on the substrate body; exposing the photoresist layer by using a plurality lenses of an exposure machine through a mask, wherein the mask includes a light incident region and a light overlap region, the light overlap region includes a transparent zone and a non-transparent zone, and the light incident region includes a transparent zone and a non-transparent zone, and wherein an area of each transparent zone of the light overlap region is larger or smaller than an area of each transparent zone of the light incident region; and developing the photoresist layer after exposing to obtain a photoresist pattern. The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a mask applied to the method. By practice of the disclosure, the exposure pattern of the light overlap region could be compensated in order to obtain more accurate exposure pattern, so the product yield could be improved.

Abstract: The present invention provides an OLED display panel. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in an array. Each of the sub-pixels comprises a base substrate, a TFT layer, a flat layer, a first electrode, a pixel defining layer, a light emitting layer, a transparent second electrode, and an encapsulation layer. A portion of at least one of the flat layer and the pixel defining layer is formed by a black shielding material. The OLED display panel can be prevented from reflecting ambient light without improving the light extraction efficiency, thereby improving the viewing experience of the OLED display panel by the arrangement of a portion of at least one of the flat layer and the pixel defining layer is formed by a black shielding material.

Abstract: The present application provides a thin film transistor, a method of manufacturing a thin film transistor, and a manufacturing system. The thin film transistor includes a substrate, a buffer layer, an active layer, and a gate insulating layer. A side area of the active layer is doped and modified, so that a surface of the side area is formed as a high resistance area, and then the gate insulating layer is formed by a chemical deposition process, thereby to avoid a weak channel current produced by unintentional electrically conduction of a boundary of the active layer due to a thinner thickness of the gate insulating layer when operating, thereby increasing electrical reliability of the thin film transistor.

Abstract: A polarizer and a display panel are provided. The polarizer includes a polarizer body and a through hole, and an inner diameter of one end of the through hole is greater than another end of the inner diameter, such that an optical adhesive layer is filled along a sidewall of the through hole. The through hole can be completely filled to prevent air bubbles from being generated between the optical adhesive layer and an inner sidewall of the through hole, thereby improving a yield of the display panel and improving a light transmittance of the through hole.

Abstract: An optical fingerprint recognition device includes a substrate, a light-sensitive element, a cover, and a collimation layer disposed between the cover and the substrate. The collimation layer is formed by dispersing liquid crystals in a solid-state organic polymer. The collimation layer is disposed to reduce signal noise, and improve definition of a fingerprint on the light-sensitive element. In addition, in comparison with a current lens and the like, a full-surface collimation layer has such advantages as crashworthiness and relative displacement, and can improve reliability of fingerprint recognition.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display area configured to display an image and a dummy pixel area disposed outside of the display area. The dummy pixel area has a plurality of dummy pixels disposed therein. Each dummy pixel includes a pixel protection unit. The dummy pixels are defined by crisscrossing data metal lines and gate metal lines in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, respectively. A pattern of a projection of a semiconductor layer on the horizontal plane intersects the corresponding data metal line, is separated from the corresponding gate metal line, and is disposed toward a center of each dummy pixel, to prevent the display device from poor display due to contact between the semiconductor layer and the gate metal lines in the dummy pixel area when electrostatic discharge occurs.
