Abstract: Proposed are a photocatalyst, including titanium dioxide particles including titanium dioxide (TiO2), a carbon material located on all or part of the surface of the titanium dioxide particles and including at least one selected from the group consisting of graphene, reduced graphene oxide (rGO), and carbon nanotubes (CNTs), and bimetallic nanoparticles supported on the carbon material and including first metal nanoparticles and second metal nanoparticles, and a water treatment method using the same. In the photocatalyst and the water treatment method using the same, the photocatalyst including bimetallic nanoparticles and graphene oxide is prepared, thereby exhibiting high reduction efficiency and high selectivity to nitrogen gas even without the use of an external electron donor.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an extracellular matrix-based bioadhesive as an adhesive in the form of a composition including an extracellular matrix-containing hydrogel and a gelatin curing agent, wherein the extracellular matrix-containing hydrogel is gelatinized. Since the extracellular matrix-based bioadhesive according to an embodiment of the present disclosure has the same or similar rheological properties as gelatin, the bioadhesive has flowability at a temperature of 30° C. or higher and may be evenly and easily applied to a lesion site in the body. In addition, the extracellular matrix-based bioadhesive according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may adhere well to the lesion site because of a level of adhesive strength that is about 2 to 6 times higher than that of fibrin glue used as a commercial tissue adhesive. In addition, the extracellular matrix-based bioadhesive according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is based on a tissue-derived extracellular matrix, and thus includes a tissue-derived wound healing component or a tissue regeneration component, and may be used for wound healing or tissue regeneration in addition to bioadhesive applications.

Abstract: A two-terminal atom-based switching device having a fast operating speed and high durability and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. It is possible to reduce a forming voltage during positive voltage forming by forming an oxygen vacancy percolation path through negative voltage forming, which is first forming, and forming high binding energy and low formation energy between oxygen vacancies and metal ions implanted through positive voltage forming which is second forming after the negative voltage forming. Further, since a significant amount of metal ions implanted into the insulating layer through negative voltage application switching after the positive voltage forming is removed, the volatility of the two-terminal atom-based switching device may be improved, and a stuck-on failure phenomenon in the durability may be prevented.

Abstract: An antenna package according to an embodiment includes an antenna unit including a radiator, a transmission line extending from the radiator and an antenna ground pad disposed around the transmission line, and a circuit board electrically connected to the antenna unit. The circuit board includes a core layer, a circuit wiring layer disposed on one surface of the core layer, the circuit wiring layer including a signal transmission wiring electrically connected to the transmission line of the antenna unit and a first ground pattern bonded to the antenna ground pad, and a ground layer disposed on an opposite surface facing the one surface of the core layer. The ground layer does not overlap a portion of the antenna ground pad except for a region bonded to the first ground pattern in a planar view.
