摘要: Actuation of a hydraulic device that provides a hydraulic supply to a torque-transmitting device is provided. An electrically operated pump is operated in a first operating state. The first operating state; has a primary pump rotational speed that provides a first fluid pressure to the torque-transmitting device via a fluid tract. A switchover process is initiated to operate the electrically operated pump device in a second operating state based on a second fluid pressure and a second fluid target pressure. The second operating state has a secondary pump rotational speed that provides the second fluid pressure to the torque-transmitting device via the fluid tract. During operation of the hydraulic device, the secondary pump rotational speed for the switchover process is determined based on a first power value. The first power value includes electrical pump power of the pump device in a preceding switchover process.

摘要: To prevent generation of drain reliably without depending on a difference in ambient temperature where a compressor is installed. Provided is a gas compressor: having a compressor main body compressing a gas, a drive source driving the compressor main body, a controller controlling the rotation speed of the drive source according to the discharge pressure of the compressor main body, and a temperature detector detecting the temperature of a discharge gas of the compressor main body; and performing no-load operation with the rotation speed of the drive source as a lower limit rotation speed when the discharge pressure reaches an upper limit pressure higher than a set pressure. When detecting that the temperature detected by the temperature detector is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature during the no-load operation, the controller causes the lower limit rotation speed of the drive source to a lower limit rotation speed at which the temperature of the discharge gas is higher than the predetermined temperature and which is higher than a lower limit rotation speed when the detected temperature is higher than the predetermined temperature.

摘要: A gas compressing system including a plurality of n compressors connected in parallel. Each compressor has a suction line connected to a common suction manifold and a discharge line connected to a common discharge manifold configured to deliver compressed gas to a downstream load. The system also includes a process controller configured to control an average speed of the compressors based upon a discharge pressure in the common discharge manifold or a discharge flow through the common discharge manifold. The system further includes an adaptive load sharing optimizing controller configured to determine the speed of each compressor in the plurality of n compressors. A method of controlling a gas compressing system is also provided.

摘要: Systems and methods to pump fracturing fluid into a wellhead may include a gas turbine engine including a compressor turbine shaft connected to a compressor, and a power turbine output shaft connected to a power turbine. The compressor turbine shaft and the power turbine output shaft may be rotatable at different rotational speeds. The systems may also include a transmission including a transmission input shaft connected to the power turbine output shaft and a transmission output shaft connected to a hydraulic fracturing pump. The systems may also include a fracturing unit controller configured to control one or more of the rotational speeds of the compressor turbine shaft, the power turbine output shaft, or the transmission output shaft based at least in part on target signals and fluid flow signals indicative of one or more of pressure or flow rate associated with fracturing fluid pumped into the wellhead.

摘要: In a method for operation control of a compressor, full-load running in which a gas intake control valve is fully open and a target rotation speed of a drive source is set to a full-load rotation speed that is a maximum rotation speed in a speed control band when pressure of compressed gas supplied to the consumption side is a datum pressure or less is carried out; then no-load running in which the valve is fully closed and a no-load rotation speed is set as the target rotation speed of the drive source when the supply pressure is a no-load running pressure or less that is a pressure higher than the datum pressure is carried out. The no-load running is started from the standard no-load rotation speed, however, after a transition time, the target rotation speed is reduced to a low speed no-load rotation speed.

The system also includes an electric pump electrically coupled to the turbine generator and receiving operative power from the turbine generator. The system further includes switch gear arranged between the electric pump and the turbine generator, the switch gear distributing electrical energy from the turbine generator to the electric pump, wherein the voltage remains substantially constant from the turbine generator to the electric pump.

Further, the method includes supplying a load shedding system, the load shedding system in data communication with the generator data management system and a pump control system, the pump control system in data communication with the pump data management system. The method includes determining which pumps should have speed reduced by the load shedding system and reducing the speed of the pumps determined by the load shedding system using the pump control system.
