Abstract: A liquid cleaning element has a cleaning medium and a carrier medium connected to each other. The carrier medium is provided with a liquid connector to connect to a line for liquid to be cleaned or cleaned liquid. The liquid cleaning element has a bend in a section provided with the cleaning medium and the carrier medium. The carrier medium, prior to connection to the cleaning medium, is pre-manufactured in a final shape of the liquid cleaning element. The liquid connector has a cylindrical suction socket and is arranged at or integrated in the carrier medium. A liquid cleaning system is provided with the liquid cleaning element and a holder holding the liquid cleaning element. In a method for producing the liquid cleaning element, the carrier medium is pre-manufactured in a final shape of the liquid cleaning element and the cleaning medium is connected to the pre-manufactured carrier medium.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed toward a novel pressurized vapor cycle for distilling liquids. In some embodiments of the invention, a liquid purification system is revealed, including the elements of an input for receiving untreated liquid, a vaporizer coupled to the input for transforming the liquid to vapor, a head chamber for collecting the vapor, a vapor pump with an internal drive shaft and an eccentric rotor with a rotatable housing for compressing vapor, and a condenser in communication with the vapor pump for transforming the compressed vapor into a distilled product. Other embodiments of the invention are directed toward heat management, and other process enhancements for making the system especially efficient.

Abstract: Provided is an inexpensive mesh filter with high productivity. This mesh filter, which is an integrally molded product of resin, includes: a mesh part in which a plurality of ribs are disposed in a lattice shape; a rim part which is formed in an annular shape so as to surround the mesh part, and to which the plurality of ribs are connected; and a final filling part which is disposed on the inner side of the rim part, and to which some of the plurality of ribs are connected. The cross-sectional area of at least one rib among the ribs connected to the final filling part is smaller than the cross-sectional area of at least one rib among the ribs not connected to the final filling part.

Abstract: A disclosed screening apparatus includes a subgrid, and a screen element attached to the subgrid via laser welding at a plurality of attachment positions such that, under vibrational excitation, the screen element has a pre-determined profile of vibrational motion relative to the subgrid. The screen element may be attached at a maximal number of attachment locations to the subgrid to minimize relative motion of the screen element and the subgrid under vibrational excitation, or the screen element may be attached a sub-set of the maximal number of attachment locations to allow vibrational motion of the screen element relative to the subgrid. A disclosed method may include attaching a plurality of screen elements to a respective plurality of subgrids, attaching the plurality of subgrids to one another to form a screening pre-assembly, and cutting edges of the screening pre-assembly to form the screen assembly having a perimeter with a pre-determined shape.

Abstract: The present invention provides a multi plate screw press sludge dewatering machine and a helical shaft thereof. The multi plate screw press sludge dewatering machine includes fixed rings, movable rings, the helical shaft, a sludge inlet tank and a sludge discharging tank; the helical shaft adopts a variable diameter variable pitch helical shaft, a lead angle arrangement sequence of a helical blade of the whole helical shaft is gradual reduction from the sludge discharging tank to the sludge inlet tank, and the lead angle arrangement sequence is gradually reduced from 16°-22° to 6°-14°; a pitch of the helical shaft is gradually increased along a direction from the sludge inlet tank to the sludge discharging tank; a diameter of a shaft body of the helical shaft is gradually increased along with a direction of the sludge discharging tank from a ⅓ position of a shaft length; and blockage prevention plates are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the helical blade. The helical shaft in the present invention is specially designed, so that the pitch is more reasonable, a helical angle is gentler, frictional resistance when sludge passes through the helical shaft may be effectively reduced, and phenomena of shaft blockage and shaft sticking of the sludge may be reduced.
