摘要: A sound attenuation material includes a plurality of particles, each having a core and an elastic or compliant coating around the core, and a matrix surrounding the plurality of particles, the matrix being less dense than the core. A method of manufacturing sound attenuating materials includes adding an elastic or compliant coating to core particles and drying the coating, mixing the coated core particles into a matrix material, and pouring the mixture into a mold. The core particles are denser than the matrix material.

摘要: A unit cell of an artificial phononic crystal for building of an artificial phononic metamaterial, showing reduced mechanical vibrations in a defined frequency range with at least one band gap in the band structure dispersion relation of the unit cell. The unit cell includes at least one building block and at least one mechanical connection connected to the building block, showing reduced mechanical vibrations in a defined frequency range with tailored dispersion properties with at least one band gap is sought. This is accomplished by forming the building block as a toroid, with a central opening and a front surface from which a first multiplicity of struts, which are tiltable relatively to the principal direction, is extending from the front surface. More than one strut is inclined with respect to the principal direction so that a rotation of the toroid around the principal direction is possible.

摘要: The present invention is a thermal and acoustic insulating sphere that has an evacuated hollow interior. The spheres are constructed of insulating materials, and the inner and outer surfaces of each sphere have highly reflective coatings evenly applied to them. The coatings applied to the inner and outer surfaces reduce the transmission of heat by conduction, convection, and radiation. Additionally, the spheres provide superior acoustic insulation due to the inability of sound to travel through the interior vacuum. The spheres can be used to produce insulating materials, for example, by embedding or positioning them within or between other materials, to provide thermal and acoustic insulation.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an inorganic, halogen-free flameproofing agent produced from modified, carbonized red mud (MKRS-HT) having, in some examples, a mineral composition of 10 to 50 weight % of iron compounds, 12 to 35 weight % of aluminum compounds, 5 to 17 weight % of silicon compounds, 2 to 10 weight % of titanium dioxide, 0.5 to 6 weight % of calcium compounds, the weight ratio of Fe (II) carbonate to the oxides of iron being at least 1. Examples of the agent can be used as a flame retardant in the high-temperature range. The disclosure further relates to an agent produced from modified, carbonized and rehydrated red mud, which can be used as a flame retardant in the low-temperature and high-temperature ranges, methods for producing same and use as flame retardants. The disclosure further relates to a flameproofed material system and methods for producing same.

摘要: A soundproof structure includes one or more soundproof cells. Each of the one or more soundproof cells includes a frame having a hole portion, a vibratable film fixed to the frame so as to cover the hole portion, and one or more through holes drilled in the film. Both end portions of the hole portion of the frame are not closed, and the frame and the film are formed of the same material and are integrally formed. Therefore, it is possible to provide a soundproof structure and a soundproof structure manufacturing method capable of not only stably insulating sound due to increased resistance to environmental change or aging but also avoiding problems in manufacturing, such as uniform adhesion or bonding of a film to a frame.

The material of the present invention can be suitably used as materials for audio equipment of, for example, speakers, television, radio cassette players, headphones, audio components, or microphones, and manufactured articles, such as electric appliances, transportation vehicles, construction buildings, and industrial equipment, or parts or housing thereof.

摘要: A particulate sound absorption board and its preparation method. The said particulate sound absorption board consists of binding agent and sound absorption particle; the external surface of sound absorption particle is covered with a layer of binding agent, and the angularity coefficient of particle covered with binding agent is less than 1.3; the said sound absorption particle consists of skeleton particle and filling particle, in which the former is used for sound absorption board skeleton, and the latter flows into the pore between skeleton particles to form sound absorption pore, and the average diameter of cross section of sound absorption pore is 0.07 mm. The two-stage manufacturing technology (i.e. coating, curing and then shaping) is adopted for the said preparation method to prevent the pore between particles from being blocked by excess binding agent, and further improve the angularity coefficient of particle.
