摘要： A track member for supporting the wheels of conveyor trolleys connected to a chain comprises first and second trackways arranged in vertically spaced, oppositely facing relation, each trackway having a pair of track surfaces spaced apart by a vertical web. The web of one trackway is longer than the other so that the first trackway is adapted to support trolley wheels of one diameter and the second trackway trolley wheels of another diameter. Various track constructions for overhead and floor type conveyors are obtainable by mounting pairs of the track members in transversely spaced parallel relation with either the first or second trackway of one member aligned with and facing the corresponding trackway of the other. In each of these track constructions the vertical webs of the non-facing trackways form parallel surfaces of a channel which laterally encloses and contains the chain.

摘要： A method of producing bearing pulleys for conveyer belts and roller gravity conveyers in which the bearing pulley includes a cylindrical portion and common central pivot pins secured to the cylindrical portion by a hub or roller base, which comprises providing a cylindrical pipe of a desired bearing pulley diameter, tapering the end portions of said pipe in a truncated configuration by non-cutting cold deformation down to the diameter of the pivot pins, and subsequently inverting the tapered end portions of the pipe centrally within the cylindrical portion of the pipe a distance sufficient to provide the desired spacing between the ends of the pulley.

摘要： A conveyor roller is disclosed which has flanges radially inwardly thereof at its ends. Stub shafts are secured to the flanges by bolts passing through mating flanges formed on the stub shafts. Threaded apertures are formed in the flanges of the stub shafts to receive bolts to bear against the flanges at the ends of the roller sleeve to function as screw jacks for removing the stub shafts. One end of the conveyor roller includes noncircular rotational restriction means to drive the conveyor roller.

摘要： A roller for conveyors has an elongated cylindrical sleeve. Antifriction roller bearings are mounted on a shaft passing through and coaxial with the sleeve at each end thereof. Holding means are provided which cooperate with the shaft and the inner race of the bearings for retaining the bearings from axially moving along the shaft. An intermediate annular tapered plastic ring engages the holding means with its radially inward surface and is provided on its radially outward surface with coaxial gear teeth. An outer annular tapered plastic ring has on its radially inward surface axial gear teeth engaged with those of the intermediate ring and is configurated to engage the sleeve and axially lock the intermediate ring when the rings are wedged between the sleeve and the holding means. On one end of the sleeve, the intermediate ring extends axially beyond the sleeve and is provided with sprocket wheels.
