    摘要: The present invention relates to a rotary piston pump for conveying and/or metering liquid or pourable media. It consists of a pump casing (2) with a cylinder chamber (4) having a cylindrical inner periphery (6) into which open at least one inlet (8) and at least out outlet (10), and a rotary piston (20) rotating inside the cylinder chamber (4) which, together with at least one region of its outer peripheral surface (22) forms a seal with the inner peripheral surface (6) of the cylinder chamber (4) and is separated in regions from the inner peripheral surface (6) by a radial stroke distance. When the rotary piston rotates (arrow 70), an expanding working chamber (24) is formed in the region of the inlet (8) to draw the medium in and, on further rotation, contracts again in the region of the outlet to force the medium out. The working chamber (24) concerned is limited, at least during its increase or decrease in volume, by at least one separating slide (26) in front of the inlet (8) or behind the outlet (10) viewed in the direction of rotation. The assembly (36) includes a stationary valve body (38) presenting a pair of inlets (44, 46) as well as an outlet (50) and adapted to receive a pivotal valve rotor (52) therein; the rotor (52) is selectively pivotal via an actuator (60) between alternate flow-directing positions respectively communicating each inlet (44 or 46) with outlet (50). Rapid clean-up of the assembly (36) is afforded by means of structure (42) permitting manual translational movement of the internal valve rotor (52) from its operational position within housing (48) to a lowered, clean-out position outside of the confines of the housing (48). The structure (42) includes apertured slider blocks (76, 78) secured to an actuator housing (68), with the blocks (76, 78) receiving corresponding stationary guides (80, 82). A pair of pivotally interconnected links ( 88, 90) are used to selectively raise and lower the housing (68) and thereby rotor (52), through the medium of manually operable handle (92).

    摘要: A pumping apparatus of the type comprising twin cylindrical pumping chambers which alternately take in and deliver material to be pumped, the taking in being via ports in a common feeding chamber and the delivery being via a delivery conduit which moves to the port of the chamber which is to deliver. The pumping is carried out by hydraulically-actuated pumping pistons in the chambers, the hydraulic circuitry being adapted to ensure that the pumping piston in that chamber taking in material arrives at the fully charged position before the delivering chamber attains the fully discharged position. In another embodiment, the pumping apparatus comprises a "push-over" facility, wherein the speed of the pumping is automatically increased to compensate for the drop in flow rate caused by the time taken by the delivery conduit to move from one port to the other. The apparatus gives an exceptionally pulsation-free flow and is especially useful in concrete spraying apparatus.

    摘要: A slurry pump for mixing concrete includes a charge funnel, a pair of discharge cylinders, and a discharge line operable with each other to form a slurry flow control. A control valve has an exit port connected with the discharge line and an entrance port that is alternatively positioned in front of an opening of each discharge cylinder. A pair of gate valve disks are positioned one on each side of the entrance port. The size of each gate valve disk conforms to a surface between the discharge cylinder openings such that in a change-over midpoint of the control valve the openings of the discharge cylinders are sealed off by the gate valve disks, and the entrance port and the control valve is sealed off on the surface between the discharge cylinders for the execution of a partial stroke a discharge cylinder piston which compresses the drawn in slurry. A compensation cylinder prevents slurry interruptions during the change-over the control valve. A combinatorial circuit controls the drive of each discharge cylinder and the slurry flows such that during the change over of the control valve the compensation cylinder pushes slurry into the discharge line and such that during a subsequent discharge cycle of one of the discharge cylinders the compensation cylinder is filled with slurry. A combinatorial circuit lets the drive of the discharge cylinder actually delivering slurry deliver faster in proportion to the amount of the slurry taken in by the compensation cylinder. The combinatorial circuit delays the change over of the control valve such that one of the gate valve disks closes off the opening of the discharge cylinder associated with it.

A baffle member is coupled between the delivery cylinders of the pump and a delivery line, and a reversing member is coupled to the baffle member for reversing the baffle member to alternately couple the delivery cylinders to the delivery line and to a material dispenser container. A sampling device responsive to the end of the pressure stroke of the delivery cylinders transmits an end-position signal for initiating the reversal of the baffle member by the reversing member. A switching member is coupled by an output to the delivery-volume regulator of the hydropump and coupled by an input to the sampling device for receiving the end-position signals and for transmitting setpoint signals to the delivery-volume regulator. During the stroke phase of the drive cylinders of the pump and during the reversal process of the reversing member, the delivery-volume regulator receives setpoint signals which are independent of one another for initiating the reversing strokes of the drive cylinders at the end of each reversal of the baffle member.

The interior of the casing is sealed through a valve disposed at an outflow port of the press-in apparatus and separation and exhaust of the gas existing in mixture in the slurry of the viscous fluid can be made freely through the opening or closing operation of the exhaust valve.
