    摘要: According to the present invention, a pressure-type contact switch comprising: a bourdon tube which expands and contracts depending on water pressure in a discharge conduit applied by a pressure pump; a first actuating lever connected to a free end of said bourdon tube and rotatably installed about a first rotation axis; a link connecting a free end of said bourdon tube and an end of said first actuating lever; a first semi-circle gear formed at the other end of said first actuating lever; a first link gear engaged with said first semi-circle gear and fitted to a central rotation axis to thereby cause said central rotation axis to rotate in normal and reverse directions; a rotation member fitted to said central rotation axis; a second actuating lever which is installed to said rotation member to be rotatable about a second rotation axis; an extension lever fitted to an end of said second actuating lever, wherein a rotation of said extension lever in normal and reverse directions is limited by a movable support rod and a stationary support rod; a second semi-circle gear formed at an end of a second actuating lever; a holder fitted to an upper end of a third rotation axis and having a rotation magnet inserted therein; a second link gear fitted to a lower end of said third rotation axis and engaged with said second semi-circle gear to thereby rotate said third rotation axis in normal and reversed directions depending on the rotation of said second semi-circle gear; a movable magnet arranged to be aligned with said rotation magnet in a straight line when said rotation magnet stops in its rotation by a first stopper, wherein the pressure pump turns off due to repulsive force between said rotation magnet and said movable magnet; and a stationary magnet arranged to be aligned with said rotation magnet in a straight line when said rotation magnet stops in its rotation by a second stopper, wherein the pressure pump turns on due to attractive force between said rotation magnet and said stationary magnet.

    摘要: A pressure gauge includes a housing, a Bourdon tube with a closed end, an adjustment rod mounted rotatably in the housing, a microswitch installed on the adjustment rod, a gear, a sector wheel meshing with the gear, and a crank member interconnecting the sector wheel and the closed end of the Bourdon. Increase of the air pressure inside the Bourdon tube activates a portion of the assembly of the Bourdon tube and the sector wheel to contact the microswitch, so as to stop supply of compressed air from a pressure source to an article which is measured by the gauge. The adjustment rod can be rotated relative to the housing so as to change the distance between the microswitch and the portion of the assembly, thereby adjusting the preset upper limit value of the air pressure inside the Bourdon tube.

    摘要: An adjustable pressure control device relies on the change of shape or position of a control hose portion responsive to internal pressure of fluid being transmitted therethrough to control the fluid pressure produced by a pump. One embodiment of the device utilizes a short piece of high pressure hose in the fluid line which is adjustably deformed. As pressure builds up in the hose, the hose tends to return to its original shape, thereby actuating a suitable control instrumentality for the pump, such as an electric switch which opens the circuit to an electric clutch or to an electric drive motor for the pump, thereby temporarily stopping the pumping action. Another embodiment, to accomplish the same function, relies on the change of the arcuate position of a control hose due to variations in fluid pressure therein.

    摘要: A coiled tube having opposed ends one of which being interconnected to a frame means and the other being movable relative thereto and being interconnected to a temperature sensing bulb whereby expansion and contraction of the fluid in the bulb causes movement of the other end of the tube relative to the frame means. A pair of switch blades are carried by the frame means and normally are moved toward each other for electrical contact therebetween. Control means is carried by the frame means for selectively adjusting the position of one of the switch blades relative to the frame means. The other end of the tube carries means for engaging against the other of the blades to cause movement thereof in a direction away from the one blade when a certain temperature is sensed by the bulb whereby the setting of the control means determines the sensed temperature that will cause the tube to open the switch blades.

The tube is contained in a liquid tight housing and immersed in a damping fluid to prevent actuation by momentary pressure variations. The switch is adjustable and disposed outside the housing to permit convenient adjustment and add to its useful life by isolating it from the damping fluid.
