摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of producing a vacuum thermal insulation panel capable of reducing the occurrence probability of poor welding of a metal outer wrapping material. The method of producing the vacuum thermal insulation panels 100, 100A to 100 D, 101, 101A according to the present invention includes a “covering step of covering a core material 110 or 110B with a metal foil 130 or 131” and a “welding step of welding a metal foil portion on an outer side of the core material”, and the core material is at least partially covered with a cover 120, 120A, or 120D at a timing when the covering step is to be started. Note that when the entire surface of the core material is covered with the cover, it is preferable to reduce the inside of the cover to seal the cover before the covering step, and when a part of the core material is covered with the cover, it is preferable to simultaneously reduce a pressure inside the metal foil and a pressure inside the cover to seal the metal foil.

摘要: A thermos cup vacuumizing device and method are provided. The thermos cup vacuumizing device includes a pre-vacuumizing chamber, a heating chamber, a welding chamber, and a cooling chamber. A continuous conveying device is provided at a bottom of each of the chambers. The thermos cup vacuumizing device further includes a controllable and movable laser welding device and multiple transparent windows. A laser beam of the laser welding device passes through the transparent windows to melt a welding ball at provided at a hole in the center of the bottom of the thermos cup. A vertically movable inlet valve is provided at an inlet of the pre-vacuumizing chamber, and a vertically movable outlet valve is provided at an outlet of the cooling chamber. The present disclosure realizes the continuous vacuumizing operation on the thermos cups, improves the product qualification rate and processing efficiency, and realizes automatic mass production.

This method of manufacturing a vacuum insulation panel (1) involves: a stacking step in which a first metal plate (20) is overlaid on one side of a thermally insulating core material (10), and in which a backing member (50) having an opening (51) and a second metal plate (30) having an exhaust port (32) are placed, with the opening (51) and the exhaust port (32) overlapping, overlaid on each other on the other surface of the core member (10) in the order of backing member (50) and second metal plate (30) from the core member (10) side; a first welding step for welding outwards of where the core member (10) is disposed in the first metal plate (20) and the second metal plate (30); a vacuum creating step for evacuating air from the exhaust pert (32) to create a vacuum in an inner area which is held between the first metal plate (20) and the second metal plate (30) and in which the core member (10) is arranged; and a laser welding step in which, in a state in which the inner area is made into a vacuum by the vacuum creating step, the exhaust port (32) is sealed by means of a sealing material (60) and the sealing material (60), the second metal plate (30) and the backing member (50) are laser welded.

The vacuum insulation glass panel assembly manufacturing method includes an edge sealing step of sealing an edge of a glass panel assembly of glass panels spaced apart at a predetermined interval, and an exhaust port sealing step of causing a lid member to seal an exhaust port of the glass panel assembly formed so as to communicate with a space between the glass panels whose edges are sealed. A glass solder having a high melting point is used in the edge sealing step, and a glass solder having a low melting point is used in the exhaust port sealing step. A specially designed lid member closing device is used for exhaust port sealing.

摘要: A method of forming a vacuum insulated structure includes providing a structural envelope an insulating cavity defined within the structural envelope. An expanding device is attached to opposing outer walls of the structural envelope and the interior cavity is expanded by pulling the opposing outer walls away from one another to define an expanded state. An insulating material is disposed within the insulating cavity to occupy substantially all of the insulating cavity in the expanded state. Gas is expressed from the insulating cavity to collapse the structural envelope to a final state and a final interior volume that is less than the expanded interior volume. The final state of the structural envelope defines a densified state of the insulating material within the insulating cavity. The vacuum port is then closed to hermetically seal the insulating cavity.

Exhaust space (58) communicating with the distal end face of external cylinder part (501B) is formed between an outer circumferential face of distal end portion (51) of body part (501A) and an inner circumferential face of external cylinder part (501B).
