    摘要: The present invention relates to a rotatable cover which can be screwed or plugged on and is to be fastened on a stationary connection of a motor vehicle radiator or compensator reservoir of cooling and heating systems. The cover has a screw or plug cap and/or swivel cap and a rotatable engagement part in which a valve in the form of a combined overpressure/underpressure unit is arranged concentrically. The valve has a sealing member which produces a sealing connection with the stationary connection when the cover is applied. When the cover is positioned on the stationary connection, it is possible to prevent by means of a temperature-related control member removal, such as unscrewing or twisting of the cover. The temperature-related control member or a coupling part actuated by means of the temperature-related control member can be moved substantially radially between a coupling position and a release position. Consequently, a cover is produced which cannot be removed in cooling systems in which the temperature is still excessive, but which can be removed only when the excessive temperature has fallen completely, the cover nevertheless having a space-saving structure.

The safety device comprises a lock means for preventing the opening of the radiator cap when the temperature of the coolant in the radiator is higher than a predetermined value. The lock means comprises a lock portion provided on an inner surface of the fluid supply opening and a lock member fixedly secured to the radiator cap.     摘要: A bypass valve for a cooler connected downstream from a hydraulic aggregate. The bypass valve includes a housing with ports for connection to the hydraulic aggregate and the cooler. A closure element is located in the housing for closing and opening a bypass. A spring pushes the closure element into a closing position, and thermo-sensitive means causes the closure element to open if the temperature of the hydraulic fluid is below a threshold temperature. The thermo-sensitive means are formed by the valve spring, which is made of a memory-metal alloy with a transition point close to the threshold temperature such that below the threshold temperature it no longer exerts a force and allows the closure element to open.

The valve unit includes a compression spring and a heat sensitive element, which move depending on the oil temperature such that when the temperature falls below a threshold value, the oil supply from the radiator is closed and the supply, via a bypass line, is opened. When the oil temperature rises above the threshold value, the oil supply from the radiator is opened and the supply, via the bypass line, is closed. The valve unit can be axially moved against the force of the compression spring, when a predefined oil pressure is reached, thus opening the supply, via the bypass line.
