摘要： A unitary elastic mold and cutter combination configured to mold and cut moldable material is disclosed herein. The mold and cutter combination comprises an elastic mold cavity having an elastic bottom wall with an embossed inner surface and an elastic sidewall extending from and unitary with a perimeter of the bottom wall. An elastic cutting blade extends from and is unitary with the sidewall of the mold cavity and is configured to cut moldable material and maintain a substantially consistent perimeter upon cutting. The cutting blade comprises a cutting edge disposed between an inner cutting blade surface and an outer cutting blade surface. The mold and cutter combination may have an elasticity sufficient to release molded material therefrom by hand stretching, wherein the cutting edge, inner cutting blade surface, and the inner surface of the sidewall of the mold cavity are stretched by an amount sufficient to release the molded material.

摘要： A sandwich bun mold device and method for use are provided for creating sandwich buns having hollow interior regions. The device comprises a bread mold pan having a plurality of mold recesses disposed along its surface, a pan cover, and a plurality of inserts of varying size and shape. To make the buns, a user places yeast bread dough in the mold recesses and then selects a desired insert size that will correspond to the size of the hollow interior region after the bun has cooked. The insert is then placed on the bread dough and the pan cover is placed onto the pan. A user bakes the assembly until the buns are cooked, removes the cover and inserts, and inverts the device to remove the freshly prepared buns.

摘要： An impression device for food items. More particularly, the present invention is an enhanced rolling device designed to create indented or raised images upon a variety of foods for decoration and/or marketing purposes. The roller device comprises a generally seashell-shaped housing, which encases a wheel with raised letters and images. In the preferred mode, the wheel is six inches in diameter, though other sizes may be utilized. As the wheel is hand-rolled along the food in question, the raised letters and images create a repeated pattern of impressions upon the food. The roller device is particularly suitable for embossing narrow foods such as pizza crusts, certain pasta noodles, lattice pie tops, breadsticks, or the edges of melons. The device provides a firm, comfortable grip for all hand sizes that can be used with one or two hands. Regarding its versatility, the embossing wheel may be utilized for: 1) standard messages and images; 2) snap-in, slide-in, or push-in letters, which allows the user to assemble his or her own custom message; or 3) custom logos, messages, and images. The roller device also features an adjustable embossing depth or incusing height, as well as customizable images. In addition, the device further functions to quickly cut strips of foods while embossing, if desired. Moreover, the device may comprise an interchangeable food-coloring cartridge for optional, simultaneous coloring of the messages and/or images created. Such modular components are easy to assemble and disassemble, such as for cleaning purposes.

摘要： A system and method for controlling blisters. The method begins by mixing the ingredients to form a dough with a moisture content between about 35% and 60%. The dough is sheeted and cut. Thereafter, the dough is pre-heated to reduce the moisture content to between about 10% and about 45%. The preforms are then docked and dehydrated. The docking system, in one embodiment, has a backing plate and a docking device with at least two docking pins of varying lengths. The docking device is adjustable relative to the backing plate. The system also has a removing plate which removes preforms from the docking pins.
