    Abstract: A distance measuring device is configured to emit a transmitted wave and detect a reflected wave from an object irradiated with the transmitted wave to measure a distance to the object. At least one of the transmitted wave and the reflected wave is transmitted through a transmission window. A heater is configured to heat the transmission window from an inside of the distance measuring device. A control unit is configured to control energization of the heater according to an inside air temperature which is an air temperature inside the distance measuring device and an outside air temperature which is an air temperature outside the distance measuring device.

    Abstract: This axial deviation estimating device estimates an axial deviation angle of a radar device mounted on a mobile body, and includes an acquiring unit, an extracting unit, a device-system coordinates unit, and an estimating unit. The estimating unit estimates an axial deviation angle using a relational expression. The relational expression is an expression that holds between at least one unknown parameter, which includes an axial deviation angle of a coordinate axis of the radar device about a target axis which is at least one of a horizontal axis and a traveling direction axis constituting the coordinate axes of the mobile body, and at least one element included in the device-system coordinates of a road surface reflection point.

    Abstract: A motor includes a stator having a stator core and a coil. The stator core has a plurality of teeth arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. The coil is formed of an electrically-conductive winding wound around the teeth. Moreover, the motor also includes a rotor having magnets arranged in radial opposition to the stator core and at intervals in the circumferential direction. The rotor is configured to rotate upon supply of electric current to the coil. Furthermore, the motor also includes a sensor arranged in a circumferentially intermediate area between a circumferentially-adjacent pair of the teeth in an axial view. The sensor is configured to detect magnetism of the magnets.

    Abstract: A power system includes a battery module and a battery ECU. The battery module includes multiple battery stacks. Each of multiple battery stacks includes multiple battery cells, multiple detectors which independently detect physical values of the multiple battery cells, respectively, and multiple individual communicators which wirelessly output detection results of the multiple detectors. Each of the multiple individual communicators communicates a radio signal wirelessly to and from a general monitor. The multiple battery stacks and the general monitor are accommodated in a storage space in a housing having electromagnetic shielding performance. A shield is also accommodated in the storage space while facing a communication hole formed on the housing.

    Abstract: A server including a storage and a controller is communicably connected with a communication terminal. The storage is configured to store a processing data and an analysis data for each of a plurality of analysis targets. The processing data relates to a processing condition for forming a concavo-convex structure on a detection substrate to be used in performing a spectroscopic analysis. The analysis data is used to analyze the analysis target from a spectroscopic spectrum of the analysis target obtained by the spectroscopy analysis. Upon receiving a signal requesting the processing data, the controller is configured to select the processing data corresponding to the analysis target and transmit the selected processing data to the communication terminal.
