    摘要: Provided is a photocatalytic coating film that can develop excellent photocatalytic activity and exhibit superior adhesion to an adherend surface.The photocatalytic coating film is obtained by applying and drying a photocatalytic coating composition containing at least rod-like or needle-like titanium oxide particles and a binder component so that the photocatalytic coating film contains the titanium oxide particles in a content of 0.5 g/m2 or more. The photocatalytic coating film contains the titanium oxide particle in a content per unit volume (1 m2 by 1 μm thick) of less than 3.0 g. The titanium oxide particles preferably have an aspect ratio of 1.5 or more, the aspect ratio specified as the ratio of a long side length to a short side length of particle. The compositional ratio (by weight) of the titanium oxide particles to the binder component in the photocatalytic coating film is preferably from 1:6 to 30:1.

    摘要: The photoresist resin composition comprises a polymer having an adamantane skeleton represented by the following formula and a photoactive acid precursor: wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2, R3, and R4 are the same or different from each other, each representing a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, a hydroxyl group, a hydroxylmethyl group, a carboxyl group, a functional group which forms a hydroxyl group, a hydroxymethyl group or a carboxyl group by elimination with an acid; at least one of the substituents R2 to R4 is the functional group defined above; X represents an ester bond or an amide bond; and each of m and n is 0 or 1. The above photoresist resin composition is highly resistant to an etching solution, solubilizable by irradiation with light, and capable of giving minute patterns.

    摘要: A printing plate material producing prints with inhibited background staining is provided by formation of a photosensitive layer comprising nitrocellulose, a black coloring agent, e.g. carbon black, and an organic binder and having (1) a surface roughness of not greater than Rmax. 2.0 .mu.m or (2) a surface tension equivalent to a wettability index of not greater than 36 dyn/cm on a support. The nitrocellulose has a nitrogen content of 11 to 12.5% and a solution viscosity of about 1 to 1/8 second. The organic binder includes polyester resins such as solvent-soluble, noncrystal-line, linear, oil-free aromatic polyesters. Based on 100 parts by weight of the organic binder, the amount of nitrocellulose is about 5 to 300 parts by weight and that of the black coloring agent is about 0.5 to 50 parts by weight. The photosensitive layer may contain a crosslinking agent, e.g. melamine resin, and/or a water repellent, e.g. a silicone compound or a fluorine-containing compound. The support includes a polyethylene terephthalate film having an average density of less than 1.39 g/cm.sup.3.

    摘要: To provide a composition (e.g., a coating composition) useful for forming an organic semiconductor having excellent conductivity, solvent resistance, heat resistance, durability, and other properties, and an organic semiconductor formed with the composition.The composition comprises an aromatic polycarbonyl compound having a carbonyl group as a reactive site, and at least one aromatic reactive component selected from an aromatic polyamine having an amino group as a reactive site, and an aromatic heterocyclic compound having a plurality of unmodified α-carbon positions, as reactive sites, each of which is adjacent to a hetero atom of a heterocycl thereof. When the aromatic reactive component is an aromatic heterocyclic compound, the aromatic polycarbonyl compound is an aromatic polyaldehyde compound. Use of the composition in which at least one component of the aromatic polycarbonyl compound and the aromatic reactive component has not less than 3 reactive sites per molecule forms an organic semiconductor having a three-dimensional crosslinked structure.
