    Abstract: A display module, a driving method, and a display device are provided. The display module includes a display panel. The display panel includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of sub-pixels. The sub-pixels are respectively located in a plurality of sub-pixel areas defined by the scan lines and the data lines. The display panel further includes a neutralization circuit. The neutralization circuit includes at least one control terminal and at least two coupling terminals. The at least one control terminal is configured to control connection/disconnection between the at least two coupling terminals. The at least two coupling terminals are respectively electrically connected to at least two of the data lines.

    Abstract: A touch display panel includes first and second substrates that are disposed opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of data lines, at least two touch wirings, at least two touch electrodes, and a pixel electrode. The data lines and the touch wirings are disposed on the base substrate. The touch electrodes are provided at a side of the data lines away from the base substrate. There is a gap between two adjacent touch electrodes. In a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, the gap overlaps with at least a portion of the touch wirings, the data lines overlap with the touch electrodes, and the data lines do not overlap with the gap. The pixel electrode is disposed at a side of the touch electrodes away from the base substrate.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a display panel, a method for making the display panel, and a method for controlling the display panel. The display panel comprises: multiple gate lines and multiple data line crossing the multiple gate lines to form multiple pixel regions; multiple pixel electrodes in the multiple pixel regions; multiple first thin film transistors in the multiple pixel regions, the gates of the multiple first thin film transistors are connected to the gate lines, and the sources and the drains are connected to the data lines and the pixel electrodes respectively; and a second thin film transistor between and connecting two adjacent pixel electrodes, wherein the second thin film transistor is in a non-conducting state when the display panel is under normal operation, and the second thin film transistor is in a conducting state when the display panel is under a power failure condition.

    Abstract: A GOA circuit comprises a plurality of GOA structural units connected in cascade, and each GOA structural unit outputs a line scanning signal to a corresponding one line of pixel units. An Nth stage GOA structural unit comprises a forward-reverse scan control module, a node signal control input module, an output control module, a voltage-stabilizing module, a node Q pull-down module, a node P pull-down module, a gate signal pull-down module, a GAS signal function module and a self-lifting capacitor. A gate of a first TFT of the voltage-stabilizing module receives a third GAS signal, a source thereof is connected to the forward-reverse scan control module and the node Q pull-down module, and a drain thereof is connected to the first node. The third GAS signal is VGH signal during the scan period of the touch panel, and is a VGL signal in a suspending period of the touch panel.

    Abstract: In a GOA circuit and an embedded touch display panel of the present disclosure, by providing a suppression module in each of multiple levels of GOA units, when the embedded touch display panel enters a stage in which signal interruption occurs and touch scanning is performed, a second node control signal on a second node is pulled down to a constant-voltage low level. This relieves the insufficiency in retaining capability of the GOA circuit in the case of TP interruption and further decreases the risk of stage-shift failure so that this GOA circuit becomes more stable.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a GOA circuit of reducing feed-through voltage. An eleventh thin film transistor (T11) and a first capacitor (R1) coupled to the eleventh thin film transistor (T11) in series are added in a pull-down output unit (400). In the output process of the GOA circuit, the eleventh thin film transistor (T11) is activated with the added output control signal (CKF). With the voltage division function of the first resistor (R1), one more falling edge is generated to the waveform outputted by the output end (G(n)). Namely, the waveform outputted by the output end (G(n)) comprises two falling edges. Thereby, the voltage difference before and after the gate of the TFT in the pixel can be decreased to reduce the feed-through voltage and raise the display uniformity of the liquid crystal panel.

A distance from a surface of a first conductive adhesive layer close to a first pin, electrically connecting the first conductive pad and the first pin, to the substrate is different from a distance of a surface of a second conductive adhesive layer electrically connected to the second conductive pad and the second pin to the substrate, to compensate for a height difference caused by the partial warpage of the pins on the drive chip when binding a drive chip, so as to ensure that the drive chip can be well bonded to the display panel.

    Abstract: Provided are a display panel and an electronic terminal, including pixel units arranged along row and column directions. The pixel unit includes sub-pixels of different colors arranged along the row direction. In a first mode, two adjacent groups of pixel units are simultaneously turned on, and the sub-pixels of a same color in two adjacent columns of pixel units display a same gray scale. In a second mode, a plurality of rows of pixel units are turned on sequentially, and each sub-pixel in a plurality of columns of pixel units displays a corresponding gray scale. The refresh rate of the first mode is greater than that of the second mode, and the resolution of the first mode is smaller than that of the second mode. This shortens the time required for all rows of pixel units to be turned on, thereby increasing the refresh rate.
