    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a psychosomatic diagnosis system in which evaluation of the psychosomatic condition of a person to be diagnosed is performed automatically and objectively, based on the response by voice with respect to a question and the like asked to the person to be diagnosed. This is a psychosomatic diagnosis system for diagnosing the psychosomatic condition by the voice responded to the question and the like, comprising an index database, a speech processing section for obtaining voice as a speech signal, an analog to digital conversion section for converting the speech signal into a digital speech signal, a data processing section for calculating a human strange attractor by using the chaos theory and storing the human strange attractor in the index database, an attractor evaluation section for performing a quantitative evaluation by using the calculated human strange attractor, and a display section for displaying the evaluation result.

    摘要: In order to precisely analyze thermal deformation of a substance which thermally shrinks over time, the amount of deformation of a substance is determined by separate steps of calculation of elasto-plastic deformation during temperature increase (step S12); calculation of creep deformation from the time when the temperature increase is completed till the time when the temperature decrease is started (step S14); and calculation of elasto-plastic deformation during the temperature decrease (step S16). When calculating the creep deformation, it is assumed that deformation due to the thermal shrinkage of the substance over time occurs simultaneous with the creep deformation, and strain rate is calculated as the time derivative of the total strain which is the sum of creep strain and the strain produced by thermal shrinkage. The creep deformation is then calculated by integrating the strain rate over the time from when the temperature increase is completed until the time when the temperature decrease is started.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device of negative display type comprises a liquid crystal cell comprising a nematic liquid crystal layer sandwiched between substrates provided with electrodes, a color filter and a light shielding layer, which is in a relation of complementary color to the color filter, covering other than the area corresponding to a display pattern, a pair of polarizing films arranged at both surfaces of the liquid crystal cell, and a driving means for applying a voltage to the electrodes. The driving means may be so adapted to apply a voltage sufficient to energize the nematic liquid crystal to the electrodes for the area of display pattern other than a desired display pattern.

    摘要: A method for analyzing creep characteristic of a plastic molded substance is provided wherein the creep characteristic can be analyzed of an actual plastic molded substance having various shape and fastening conditions with high precision. The main stress value for each section of the analysis target is read out, hydrostatic stress &sgr;m of each section is calculated from the main stress value, and the stress condition is determined to be tensile stress when &sgr;m is positive and to be compressive stress when &sgr;m is negative. Tensile or compressive characteristic value is assigned based on the stress condition at each section, and creep is calculated for a predetermined time period based on the characteristic value. By employing characteristic values depending on the stress conditions of each section, precision of creep characteristic analysis is greatly enhanced.
