Abstract: A cognitive platform is disclosed that is configured for either or both of assessing or enhancing the cognitive abilities of an individual based on implementing one or more navigation task(s) in an environment. A first task is rendered that requires the individual to rely on allocentric navigation capabilities to navigate in the environment based on a first set of views of portions of the environment rendered at the user interface. A second task is rendered that requires the individual to rely on egocentric navigation capabilities to navigate in the environment. An indication of a cognitive ability in the individual can be generated based on the difference in the individual's performance at the first task as compared to the second task.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and a system for detecting a neurological disease and an eye gaze-pattern abnormality related to the neurological disease of a user. The method comprises displaying stimulus videos on a screen of an electronic device and simultaneously filming with a camera of the electronic device to generate a video of the user's face for each one of the stimulus videos, each one of the stimulus videos corresponding to a task. The method further comprises providing a machine learning model for gaze predictions, generating the gaze predictions for each video frame of the recorded video, and determining features for each task to detect the neurological disease using a pre-trained machine learning model.

Abstract: A method, comprising receiving a time series of patient body signal, determining first and second sliding time windows for the time series; applying an autoregression algorithm, comprising: applying an autoregression analysis to each of the first and second windows, yielding autoregression coefficients and a residual variance for each window; estimating a parameter vector for each window based on the autoregression coefficients and residual variances; and determining a difference between the parameter vectors; and determining seizure onset and seizure termination based on the difference between the parameter vectors. A non-transitory computer readable program storage unit encoded with instructions that, when executed by a computer, perform the method.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer platform product for an adaptive cognitive training platform. In accordance with various aspects of the present disclosure, an adaptive cognitive training platform is configured to process user activity data from one or more instances of a computerized cognitive training program to determine a baseline cognitive assessment for one or more cognitive abilities/skills of a user. The cognitive assessment model may be configured to further process the user activity data to predict a relative value or measure of efficacy for one or more computerized stimuli or interactions within the computerized cognitive training program. The adaptive cognitive training platform may be configured to configure, modify and/or present one or more graphical user interface elements for one or more subsequent instances of the computerized cognitive training program according to the predicted value or measure of efficacy of one or more cognitive training tasks.

Abstract: Systems and methods for assessing mental health of a person, including: recording digital activity data of the user on the mobile device, wherein the digital activity data does not include personal content of the user, applying the digital activity data to a plurality of machine learning models, wherein each of the machine learning models represents a digital phenotype for a different mental health condition, determining a similarity score for each mental health condition corresponding to each of the plurality of machine learning models based on comparing an output of the respective machine learning model to a digital phenotype for the corresponding mental health condition, outputting, at a user's display, the at least one mental health similarity score, and predicting, by the processor, at least one mental health condition of the user based on the calculated similarity scores.

Abstract: The disclosed system relates to the diagnosis and correction of autonomic nervous system imbalance through the recognition and improvement of parasympathetic tone of a user using paced breathing and vibratory neuromodulation. The system includes a wearable IBI detector, software for analyzing PSD data and determining recommended therapy, a vibratory stimulator, and optional smart phone guidance. The IBI detector reads the pulsatile waveform to produce IBI data that is used to compute PSD data. The PSD data is analyzed for ANS imbalance indicators and therapy is recommended based on continuously updated information stored in a database. Results from application of recommended therapy are stored and shared and can be used to build a personalized training regime to strengthen parasympathetic tone.

Abstract: A system and method for development and management of a trusted support network for an at-risk person. The system provides a computerized interface providing the at-risk person with both synchronous and asynchronous support, to ensure that the at-risk person is adequately supported at critical times to lessen the risk of harm. The system provides for training of laypersons, so that a layperson can provide effective support and intervention to avert adverse outcomes for such an at-risk person. Further, the system provides for communication among multiple members of a support team. Further still, the system provides for delivery of not only person-to-person supportive communications, but also automated composition and/or delivery of supportive communications. Accordingly, the system can cause display of notices/notifications/alerts and/or placing of telephone calls, sending of text messages, etc. and provide communications in lieu of, or in addition to, those from a supporter.
