Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, for measurement and reporting procedures associated with a sidelink positioning reference signal (SL-PRS). In one aspect, a first user equipment (UE), which may function as a sidelink anchor node, may transmit an SL-PRS to a second UE in accordance with a slot format or structure that is dedicated for SL-PRS transmissions. The first UE may select resources for the transmission of the SL-PRS via sensing and exclusion or using a set of resources that are dedicated for SL-PRS transmissions. The second UE may receive the SL-PRS and use the SL-PRS to acquire positioning information, in accordance with an observed time difference of arrival (OTDOA)-based positioning method, or may transmit a second SL-PRS to the first UE to facilitate acquisition of positioning information at the first UE, in accordance with a round-trip-time (RTT)-based positioning method.

The UE may transmit the first transmission and the second transmission, in accordance with the first power control information and the second power control information, respectively, using a set of panels. Abstract: Techniques for power control under unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state indication are provided. A user equipment (UE) may receive a beam configuration for each physical cell identifier (PCI) of a set of candidate PCIs. A beam configuration for a PCI may include, for example, transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for downlink channels and reference signals or spatial relations for uplink channels and reference signals. The UE may receive an indication of a selected subset of PCIs of the set of candidate PCIs. The UE may apply the beam configuration for each PCI of the selected subset of PCIs based on the indication of the selected subset of PCIs. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit multiple repetitions of a paging early indication (PEI) signal to a user equipment (UE) to indicate that the UE is to receive paging signaling in a paging occasion. In some cases, a PEI occasion for transmitting a PEI repetition may have a scheduling conflict. For example, a PEI occasion may collide with other downlink signaling. A UE may implement techniques to resolve scheduling conflicts or collisions for PEI repetitions. For example, the UE may be configured to receive either colliding PEI signaling or colliding downlink signaling based on priorities of the signaling. Additionally, or alternatively, PEI signaling may be shifted (e.g., delayed) until after the downlink signaling ends. In some cases, a UE may be configured with a subset of blind decoding hypotheses for PEI decoding.
