Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first sidelink device may obtain an absolute time. The first sidelink device may perform a ranging session on a first sidelink connection with a second sidelink device to obtain a first propagation delay between the first sidelink device and the second sidelink device. The first device may generate a first corrected absolute time for the second sidelink device based at least in part on the absolute time and the first propagation delay such that the second sidelink device will also have the absolute time. The first sidelink device may transmit the first corrected absolute time to the second sidelink device in a first message on the first sidelink connection. Numerous other aspects are described.

The first network node may receive a second indication of a CLI measurement report that is associated with the UE, the CLI measurement report including a CLI metric that is based at least in part on the CLI measurement configuration. In some examples, a distributed node may exchange signaling with a service server to configure and execute a path switch in connection with handover of a user equipment to the distributed node. For example, the distributed node may communicate with the service server directly. As another example, the distributed node may communicate with a mobility service to execute the path switch. In some examples, aspects described herein provide for a service server to buffer data and provide data forwarding in connection with the path switch.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a configuration for transmitting a propagation delay compensation (PDC) report and a reference signal resource for performing one or more round trip timing (RTT) measurements associated with the PDC report. The UE may receive control signaling from the base station which includes a request for the UE to transmit the PDC report which includes the one or more RTT measurements. The UE may transmit the PDC report based on receiving the request from the base station, and the UE may perform one or more PDC procedures based on transmitting the PDC report. In some other examples, the base station may transmit a request to a higher layer to obtain the RTT measurements, and may relay the RTT measurements to the UE for performing the PDC procedures.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first wireless device may establish a user plane adaptation protocol (UPAP) with a second wireless device. Accordingly, when generating a message to transmit to the second wireless device, the first wireless device may use a UPAP layer entity to insert a main header and/or one or more service headers onto network layer traffic. The main header may be common to multiple deployments and the service header may be unique to each deployment and/or to each packet. The one or more service headers may be used to perform Quality of Service (QOS) handling, to expose UPAP programmability to services and gateway, to perform on-path header updates, to indicate instructions or rules, or any combination thereof.
