Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from an application processor associated with the UE, an indication of a traffic service type and whether an uplink data stall has occurred. The UE may detect that one or more threshold criteria are satisfied for a serving cell, wherein a threshold value associated with at least one of the one or more threshold criteria is based at least in part on the traffic service type. The UE may transmit information associated with one or more adjusted measurement values of the serving cell based at least in part on detecting that the one or more threshold criteria are satisfied. The UE may receive a configuration for a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle indicating at least an ON duration and a DRX cycle duration. The UE may receive a configuration for a scheduling request (SR) indicating an SR period duration for transmitting an SR. The UE may detect that the SR period duration is greater than the DRX cycle duration. The UE may generate, based at least in part on the SR period duration being greater than the DRX cycle duration, a voice data packet to be available for transmission within a threshold time of a start of the ON duration. The UE may transmit the voice data packet on a resource identified by a grant received from the network. Numerous other aspects are described.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may establish, by a first subscription of the UE, a connection to a first network entity using two transmit (Tx) chains of the UE. The UE may receive, by a second subscription of the UE, a paging message from a second network entity. The UE may receive, by the first subscription from the second subscription, a request for the first subscription to enter a mode that supports one Tx chain. The UE, by the first subscription, may reduce the two Tx chains to the one Tx chain for the first subscription. The UE may perform, by the second subscription to the second network entity, the connection setup based at least in part on the first subscription reducing the two Tx chains to the one Tx chain. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for measurement of cells and determination of a non-standalone (NSA) coverage status using an NSA coverage database. The NSA coverage database may indicate candidate frequencies of New Radio (NR) cells that provide NSA coverage corresponding to a given Long Term Evolution (LTE) serving cell. The NSA coverage database may also indicate whether a system information block 1 (SIB1) has been previously received on a candidate frequency. The user equipment (UE) may perform measurement of candidate frequencies using the NSA coverage database, and may identify cases where a cell not providing NSA coverage has a same candidate frequency as a cell providing NSA coverage using the indication of whether SIB1 has been previously received on a candidate frequency.

The method further includes predicting a radio link failure (RLF) for the secondary cell group based on multiple inputs to a machine learning model. The method still further includes routing data transmission from the secondary cell group to the master cell group, after predicting the SCG RLF.

Abstract: In a dual network link scenario, a wireless network may provide a user equipment (UE) with a measurement configuration indicating multiple inter-frequency measurement objects during an off duration of a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle configured on a first network link. The UE may assign the inter-frequency measurement objects to a second network link if the second network link has an always-on configuration. Alternatively, if the second network link has a DRX configuration, the UE may perform some inter-frequency measurement activities on the first network link and assign some inter-frequency measurement objects to unoccupied gap occasions in the off duration for the DRX cycle configured on the second network link. In this way, the UE may save power by spending more time in a low power state, and mobility performance for the UE may be improved by increasing the efficiency and reliability of inter-frequency measurement activities.
