    摘要: A reel device for a flat cable through which electrical component parts mounted on a steering wheel are electrically connected with electrical component parts on a vehicle body side. The reel device is disposed between the steering wheel and a combination switch mounted on the vehicle body side and comprises a generally cylindrical frame section inside which a shaft section is disposed rotatable relative to the frame section. The frame section is fixed to the combination switch, whereas the shaft section is fixedly mounted around the steering shaft. The flat cable is movably disposed in an annular cable storing space formed between the frame section and the shaft section. A generally annular guide member is movably disposed in the cable storing space and located between the cable wound on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft section and the cable wound on the inner peripheral surface of the frame section. The guide member is formed with a slit through which the flat cable extending between inside and outside of the guide member is passed upon being turned over. At least one linear projections are formed on at least the inner peripheral surface of the guide member so as to be slidably contactable with the cable thereby to reduce a frictional resistance of the flat cable to the guide member.

The peripheral area of the power generation film is provided with a seal face with the interconnector and is formed to lie in essentially the same plane as the apices of the dimpled pattern formed on the power generation film, and the provided seal section has approximately the same thermal expansion coefficient as the solid oxide electrolyte film which forms the power generation film.

    摘要: By using the ratio of the G component to the R component G/R, or the ratio of the B component to the R component B/R, from a television monitor image, and referring to a conversion table for converting to distribution temperature, a surface temperature of a flame is found for each pixel. An area in which luminance signals included in an image of a surveillance area exceed a prescribed level is sampled as a flame outline, and at least the distribution temperature of a sampled flame region is detected, and distance to a radiant energy source is measured. The amount of radiant energy from the radiant energy source is estimated by computation, based on the sampled flame area and its distribution temperature and the distance to the source of radiant energy. The system is provided with a fire image recognition section for recognizing a fire from radiant energy itself and from change in radiant energy over time and outputting fire detection information and an intruder entity recognition section which, from monitor images from the same camera, recognizes an intruder entity and outputs burglary detection information. Processing modes are provided enabling fire and/or intruder entity image processing to be selected. If abnormality detection information is received using fire image or intruder entity recognition processing, a pre-alarm is outputted in the central monitor room, and also the monitor image in the central monitor room is switched to the image of the location where the abnormality has been detected.

    摘要: There are disclosed a process for producing an .alpha.-acyloxy-.alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carbonyl compound represented by the general formula (VI): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.4 are independently hydrogen atoms or substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon residues, or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, when taken together with one another in an optional combination, form a ring, R.sub.3 is a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon residue, and indicates that the configuration may be either E-configuration or Z-configuration, in particular, a 20-acyloxy-17(20)-methylen-21-al-steroid represented by the partial structural formula (II): ##STR2## wherein R is a hydrocarbon residue, and indicates that the configuration of the acyloxy group and the formyl group bonded to the carbon atom at the 20-position may be either E-configuration or Z-configuration, which comprises oxidizing a propargyl ester represented by the general formula (V): ##STR3## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 have the same meanings as defined above; an al-steroid compound having the above partial structural formula which is an intermediate for producing a 21-acyloxy-20-keto-delta.sup.16 -steroid being extremely useful as an intermediate for important corticoids as drugs and obtained by being subjected said al-steroid to isomerization reaction; and a process for producing a 21-acyloxy-20-keto-delta.sup.16 -steroid which comprises oxidation reaction and isomerization reaction.
