    摘要: A color filter substrate includes a base member, a color filter layer, and spacers. The color filter layer is provided on the base member and made up of first, second and third groups of color filters, which transmit light rays representing three different colors, respectively. The spacers are provided at predetermined relative positions for selected ones of the color filters. The selected color filters consist of color filters belonging to the first group, color filters belonging to the second group, and color filters belonging to the third group. The spacers are arranged such that in the selected color filters, the smallest number of color filters of the first, second or third group is at least 80% of the largest number of color filters of the first, second or third group.

    摘要: A device includes a housing fixed to an upper wall of a fuel tank, and having a communication opening in communication with a canister, a float valve received within the housing and floating on a fuel, and the float valve moving upward and downward so as to close and open the communication opening, and a tubular member communicating with the housing, and extending downwardly from the housing into the interior of the fuel tank. The device has through holes of a small diameter which are disposed near an upper wall of the fuel tank, and when the liquid level of the fuel in the fuel tank reaches the lower end opening of the tubular member, a pressure within the fuel tank increases, whereby the filling-up of the fuel tank is detected. When the liquid level of the fuel abnormally rises, the float valve closes the communication opening.

    摘要: A display device of the present invention comprises: a source line; a pixel electrode; a first TFT for switching an electrical connection between the source line and the pixel electrode; and a second TFT as a spare. The second TFT includes a semiconductor film and a gate electrode. The semiconductor film includes a source electrode and a drain electrode. The gate electrode is provided on the semiconductor film with a gate insulation film interposed therebetween. The display device includes an interlayer insulation film between the source line and the semiconductor film of the second TFT. The interlayer insulation film is thicker than the gate insulation film. When the first TFT is unusable, a contact hole is formed in the interlayer insulation film such that the source line is electrically connected to the source electrode, whereby the electrical connection between the source line and the pixel electrode is rendered switchable by the second TFT.
