Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for uplink transmission in a communication system. An operation method of a terminal includes: receiving, from a base station, first SFI information indicating n flexible symbol(s); receiving, from the base station, second SFI information re-indicating m symbol(s) of the n flexible symbol(s) as uplink (UL) symbol(s); and transmitting an SRS to the base station through the m symbol(s) re-indicated as a UL symbol among the n flexible symbol(s) indicated as a flexible symbol. Therefore, performance of the communication system can be improved.
Abstract:
A soft-decision decoding method used in a digital communication system may comprise: using a hard-decision Bose-Chadhuri-Hocquenghem (BCH) decoder as a stopping rule of ordered statistic decoding (OSD) before performing the OSD on an input signal; and performing the OSD when a highest order of an error position equation generated in the BCH decoder is not equal to a number of solutions found in the BCH decoder.
Abstract:
An operation method of a receiving node may include performing a decoding operation for calculating first and second output transform values corresponding to first and second unit output nodes in each of a plurality of operation units constituting the polar decoder, based on first and second input transform values corresponding to first and second unit input nodes, and the decoding operation may include setting initial values of first and second variables for calculating the first output transform value; performing an iterative loop operation for updating the first and second variables; and calculating the first output transform value based on values of the first and second variables updated until a time when the iterative loop operation is terminated, wherein the iterative loop operation is terminated without performing iterations in which the first and second variables are determined not to be updated among a plurality of iterations.
Abstract:
Feedback methods for repetitive uplink transmissions in a communication system are disclosed. An operation method of a terminal may comprise receiving DL data #1 from a base station through a DL data channel #1; receiving DL data #2 from the base station through a DL data channel #2; and when each of a UL control channel #1 on which an HARQ response #1 for the DL data #1 is to be transmitted and a UL control channel #2 on which an HARQ response #2 for the DL data #2 is to be transmitted overlaps with a UL data channel assigned by the base station, transmitting the HARQ response #1 and the HARQ response #2 to the base station through the UL data channel. Therefore, the performance of the communication system can be improved.
Abstract:
Disclosed are various methods for transmitting or receiving data or control information having high reliability conditions. A method for operating a terminal which transmits uplink control information (UCI) includes: a step of generating UCI; a step of comparing the priority of an uplink (UL) control channel for the transmission of the UCI with the priority of a UL data channel when some symbols of the UL control channel and the UL data channel overlap; and a step of selecting the UL channel having a higher priority among the UL control channel and the UL data channel, and transmitting the UCI to a base station through the selected UL channel.

Abstract:
An operation method of a first terminal in a communication system may comprise receiving, from a base station, a control message including information on a resource allocated for a transmission indicator used for identifying the first terminal among a plurality of terminals performing uplink transmission; transmitting the transmission indicator to the base station using the resource allocated for the transmission indicator; and after transmitting the transmission indicator, transmitting an uplink signal to the base station using a preconfigured resource without an uplink grant.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a terminal including: receiving a CSI-RS from a base station, generating CSI feedback information including indicators such as RI, PTI, and BI and a first PMI and a second PMI that are elements of a double codebook, on the basis of the CSI-RS and transmits the CSI feedback information to the base station through an uplink subframe corresponding to predetermined feedback periodicity.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for processing a transmission signal, which reduce a peak value to an appropriate magnitude by appropriately distorting a final transmission signal through implementation into simple hardware having a small memory and a small operation amount to effectively reduce a peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) by effectively processing a signal for wireless communication in real time.
