    摘要: A safety apparatus (20) for a battery (80) has a base (22) for a vehicle (10), sensors (31, 32, 33, 34) and an evaluation apparatus (40). Each sensor (31, 32, 33, 34) is designed to generate a sensor signal (35) on a basis of a deformation of the base (22) and to supply the sensor signal to the evaluation apparatus (40). The evaluation apparatus (40) ascertains from the sensor signals (35) both first information about the location of the deformation of the base (22) and second information about the level of the deformation, and uses the first information and the second information as a basis for determining whether a first state (Z1) is present, in which a driving mode can be maintained, or whether a second state (Z2) is present, in which a driving mode can no longer be maintained.

Each battery module housing has at least two chambers separated from one another by a dividing wall, in which chambers in each case at least one cell stack is disposed. The cell stack has at least two stacked battery cells and at least one compression pad. A thermal insulation layer is provided in each case between the dividing wall and the adjacent battery cells. The distance between the dividing wall and a battery cell adjacent to the dividing wall of a predefined first cell stack is at least twice as great as the distance between two adjacent battery cells within the predefined first cell stack.

    摘要: A battery module for a motor vehicle has a battery module housing (30) with an insertion opening (32) and at least one battery cell package (40) is arranged in the battery module housing (30). The battery cell package (40) has at least two battery cells (42) arranged parallel to one another and at least one compression pad (44) arranged parallel to the battery cells (42). The battery cells (42) and the at least one compression pad (44) are stacked one on top of the other in any desired order in a thickness direction (D). The battery cell package (40) is inserted in an insertion direction (E) through the insertion opening (32) into the battery module housing (30). The battery cell package (40) also has two insertion auxiliary layers (46) that respectively form outer sides (41) of the battery cell package (40) that are opposite in the thickness direction (D).
