摘要: A method for producing an electrically driveable vehicle which has a sealed space for accommodating a high-voltage (HV) energy storage. A body structure delimits the space for accommodating the HV energy storage at least in an upward direction and which sealingly closes off the space at least in the upward direction and which has attachment points for the direct or indirect connection of at least one energy storage module. At least one energy storage module is connected to the body structure. A space for accommodating the HV energy storage is open at least in partial regions. An installation protection structure delimits the space for accommodating the HV energy storage in the downward direction and which sealingly closes off the space at least in the downward direction. The body structure is connected to the installation protection structure, whereby the space for accommodating the HV energy storage is sealingly closed.

The motor vehicle battery further includes a plurality of battery modules arranged in the housing interior. The motor vehicle battery further includes at least one first cooling duct. The at least one first cooling duct is formed in the region of the housing base, for cooling the battery modules from a first side. The housing interior is bounded by a housing cover or by a housing lid opposite the housing base. At least one second cooling duct for cooling the battery modules from a second side is formed in the region of the housing cover or of the housing lid.

摘要: A method for producing an electrically driveable vehicle which has a sealed space for accommodating a high-voltage (HV) energy storage is described. The following steps are provided: providing a body structure which delimits the space for accommodating the HV energy storage at least in an upward direction and which sealingly closes off said space at least in the upward direction and which has attachment points for the direct or indirect connection of at least one energy storage module; providing at least one energy storage module; connecting at least one energy storage module to the body structure, wherein the space for accommodating the HV energy storage is open at least in partial regions; providing an installation protection structure which delimits the space for accommodating the HV energy storage in the downward direction and which sealingly closes off the space at least in the downward direction; connecting the body structure to the installation protection structure, whereby the space for accommodating the HV energy storage is sealingly dosed.

The clamp (22) connects to the base (16) on the side of the battery tray (1) that faces away from the end wall (19). The clamp (22) has a block-forming element (29) for positioning the battery housing (2) on the side facing the second side wall (18), and the second side wall (18) has a block-forming element (30) in the region of the end wall (19), for positioning the battery tray (2) on the side facing the second side wall (18).

摘要: A method is provided for connecting a tubular structural element to a braided hose. The method includes placing the braided hose in the tubular structural element, placing a blow hose in the braided hose and applying internal pressure to expand the braided hose into contact with the tubular structural member. Heat then is applied to cure an adhesion promoter to achieve a positive materially integral connection of the braided profile to the tubular structural member.
