    Abstract: A liquid crystal phase shifter and an electronic device. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer, a first electrode and a second electrode. The liquid crystal layer is between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first electrode is on the first substrate. The second electrode is on the second substrate. The second electrode includes a connection portion and a plurality of concentric annular structures, at least one of the concentric annular structures includes a plurality of protruded portions, at least another of the concentric annular structures includes a plurality of recessed portions, and the connection portion is electrically connected to each of the concentric annular structures.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a measuring device, a measuring apparatus, and a measuring method for a dielectric constant of a liquid crystal. The measuring device includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed to be opposite to each other; a resonant structure layer disposed on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate. a cavity for receiving the liquid crystal to be measured is defined between the first substrate and the second substrate. The above measuring device is applied to measurement of the dielectric constant of the liquid crystal in the terahertz wave band.

    Abstract: A solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The method comprises: forming a first electrode layer on a substrate; forming a semiconductor film of first conduction type on the first electrode layer; forming a germanium film on the semiconductor film of first conduction type, and topologizing the germanium film by using a functionalization element so as to obtain a semiconductor film of second conduction type having characteristics of topological insulator, the semiconductor film of first conduction type mating with the semiconductor film of second conduction type having characteristics of topological insulator to form a p-n junction; and forming a second electrode layer on the semiconductor film of second conduction type. The solar cell manufactured according this method has higher electric energy conversion efficiency.

    Abstract: A frame assembly and a display device including the frame assembly are provided. The frame assembly includes: a side frame and corresponding side plates, pressing plates and fixing plates; for at least one group of corresponding side plate, pressing plate and fixing plate, a structure as follows is provided: the side frame is fixedly connected to the side plate; the fixing plate is fixed on the side frame, and an outer surface of the fixing plate is not higher than an outer surface of the side plate; the side frame is provided with an elastic pad located on an inner side of the fixing plate, and a projection of the side frame and a projection of the elastic pad in a plane of a side surface of the side plate of the backplane facing the pressing plate is located within the side surface of the side plate facing the pressing plate. A width of the frame assembly is only a thickness of the side plate of the backplane to achieve a narrow frame design of the display device.

    Abstract: A reflector sheet, a backlight module and a display apparatus, which relate to the display technical field, are provided. They can reserve a space for deformation during thermal expansion of the reflector sheet and prevent the reflector sheet from being deformed, thereby avoiding uneven light. The reflector sheet comprises a reflector sheet body and apertures located in the reflector sheet body and configured for allowing a luminous body to pass therethrough, the apertures comprising first apertures and second apertures, wherein each of the first apertures is configured for relatively fixing a luminous body passing therethrough and the reflector sheet body, and each of the second apertures is configured for reserving a gap between a luminous body passing therethrough and the reflector sheet body. Also disclosed is use of the reflector sheet for manufacturing a display apparatus.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to technical filed of display and discloses a reflective assembly, a backlight module and a display device which can effectively enhance the reflective effect at the edge area of the reflective assembly to improve the display brightness thereof to be in close proximity to the central area so as to achieve a uniform display.     Abstract: A reflective sheet, a backlight module and a display device are disclosed. The reflective sheet includes a reflective sheet body provided with a plurality of opening areas and an open-closed structure located in each of the opening areas. The open-closed structure comprises at least a movable type vane, and one side of the movable type vane is connected with an edge of the opening area of the reflective sheet body. The movable type vane has a reflective surface, and the reflective surface of the movable type vane is disposed on the same side as a reflective surface of the reflective sheet body. The reflective sheet body is able to alleviate the interference in reflection effect of light ray due to the positioning posts, thus, a good display quality can be achieved.
