Abstract: The present invention provides a gate driving circuit and an OLED display device. The gate driving circuit comprises multiple stages of shift registers, each stage of shift register is connected to an inverter and provides a first signal and a second signal for the inverter; the inverter receives the first signal and the second signal and generates a light emitting signal according to the first signal and the second signal and input the light emitting signal to the light emitting device; the inverter comprises at least two current amplification units and an external pull-down unit; each current amplification unit comprises a pull-up module, a pull-up hold module, an internal pull-down module and a driving transistor. According to the present invention, the number of transistors can be reduced, the aperture ratio of the display device is improved, and output with high voltage and large current can be provided.

Abstract: A method of driving a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a light emitting element, a drive transistor, a storage capacitor connected between a gate and a source of the drive transistor, a first switch circuit, a second switch circuit, and a third switch circuit. The method includes: performing a data write phase including: bringing a second node out of conduction with the second power supply voltage by the first switch circuit, and charging the storage capacitor via the first switch circuit with a data voltage applied to the data line; performing a detection phase including directing a driving current generated by the drive transistor based on the data voltage to the sensing line via the third switch circuit; and detecting a magnitude of the driving current.

Abstract: A driving method for preventing image sticking of a display panel upon shutdown, and a display device. The method includes: receiving a shutdown signal; and adjusting driving signals of a sub-pixel circuit of the display panel, so as to reduce the voltage difference between a gate electrode and a source electrode of a driving transistor of the sub-pixel circuit, and hence allowing the display panel to enter an image sticking prevention mode. The method can prevent image sticking of the display panel at the time of shutdown and hence improve the display quality.

The method includes: receiving grayscale data to be displayed; determining a voltage compensation value, which corresponds to theoretical drive voltage corresponding to the grayscale data to be displayed, according to a pre-acquired correspondence relationship between theoretical drive voltage corresponding to respective grayscale data, and corresponding voltage compensation values; wherein the voltage compensation value is a voltage drop caused by a detection transistor and a drive transistor in the pixel circuit; and compensating the theoretical drive voltage corresponding to the grayscale data to be displayed with the determined voltage compensation value, and then driving a light-emitting diode in the pixel circuit to emit light.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device. The array substrate includes a plurality of signal lines and a connection line electrically connected to the plurality of signal lines. During the formation of each insulation layer on the connection line, a via-hole is formed at a position where the connection line is to be interrupted. In addition, the protection layer is provided to cover the portion of the connection line corresponding to the region where the via-hole is located, so as to protect the connection line. Upon the completion of the insulation layers, the connection line may be interrupted through the via-holes, so as to interrupt electrical connection among the signal lines.
