    Abstract: An electronic device substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device are provided. The electronic device substrate includes a base substrate, a first insulating layer, and light-emitting sub-units, a first conductive member and a second conductive member, which are on a side of the first insulating layer away from the base substrate. The light-emitting sub-units and the first conductive member are respectively in array region and periphery region, and the second conductive member is between the first conductive member and the array region; orthogonal projections of the first and second conductive members on the base substrate are spaced apart; each light-emitting sub-unit includes first and second driving electrodes, second driving electrodes of the light-emitting sub-units are integrated to form a first common electrode layer; the periphery region further includes a second common electrode layer electrically connected to the first conductive member and the first common electrode layer.

The display substrate includes: a base substrate, and a plurality of repeating units and a plurality of data lines on the base substrate, the plurality of repeating units are divided into plurality of repeating unit columns; each repeating unit includes a plurality of subpixels, the subpixel includes a subpixel driving circuit, the subpixel driving circuit includes a data writing transistor, a writing control transistor and a driving transistor; the first electrode of the data writing transistor is coupled to the corresponding data line, the second electrode of the data writing transistor is coupled to the first electrode of the writing control transistor, and the second electrode of the writing control transistor is coupled to the gate of the driving transistor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate including a driving circuit board, and a first electrode layer, an insulating layer, and an anode structure sequentially stacked thereon. The anode structure includes a reflective layer, an intermediate dielectric layer, and a transparent conductive layer sequentially provided in a direction away from the driving circuit board. The array substrate has first, second, and third pixel regions. The anode structure includes first, second, and third anode structures. The first electrode layer includes first, second and third sub-portions. The first, second and third anode structures are coupled with the first, second and third sub-portions through first, second and third via holes in the insulating layer, respectively. A surface of the insulating layer in contact with the first, second and third anode structures is flush; and a thickness of the intermediate dielectric layer in the second, first and third anode structures increases sequentially.

    Abstract: A display substrate has a display area including a plurality of sub-display areas. The display substrate includes a base, a plurality of columns of pixels, a plurality of first and second power lines disposed on the base. At least two columns of pixels are disposed in each sub-display area, and each column of pixels includes at least three columns of sub-pixels. At least one first power line is disposed in each sub-display area and configured to provide a first power signal to all sub-pixels in a sub-display area. The second power lines are configured to provide second power signals to all sub-pixels. A plurality of columns of sub-pixels are disposed between any two adjacent power lines, and any first and second power lines are each arranged between two adjacent columns of sub-pixels emitting light of a first color and sub-pixels emitting light of a second color.

The light-shielding layer is located on a side of the sub-pixel driving circuit close to the base substrate, at least part of an orthographic projection of the light-shielding layer on a main surface of the base substrate overlaps with an orthographic projection of the sub-pixel driving circuit on the main surface of the base substrate, and the light-shielding layer is connected with the second electrode.
