    Abstract: The embodiments of the invention disclose a hollow white composite quantum dot preparation method, a display panel and a display device. In the preparation method, unicolor quantum dots of different colors are prepared into corresponding unicolor quantum dot emulsions through an emulsion polymerization technique, dissolved silicon dioxide nano particles are used as a seed solution, the individual unicolor quantum dot emulsions are dropped in the seed solution in sequence, such that the surfaces of the silicon dioxide nano particles are coated with the unicolor quantum dots in the individual unicolor quantum dot emulsions in sequence according to the dropping order so as to obtain white composite quantum dots, and finally, the silicon dioxide nano particles in the white composite quantum dots are removed to obtain hollow white composite quantum dots. The hollow white composite quantum dot particles obtained by the preparation method are controllable in particle size and uniform in size, and the problems of low quantum efficiency, poor stability of quantum dots, and the like are solved; besides, the color gamut of the hollow white composite quantum dots can be adjusted, so that the applicability is high, and the application range is wide; in addition, the preparation method is simple, and a batch production is facilitated.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cyclodextrin derivative, a method for preparing the same, a photoresist composition, a color photoresist and a display device. The cyclodextrin derivative particularly is a .alpha.-cyclodextrin modified polymerizable monomer represented by the following formula I or I′, wherein k is any integer selected from 2-6, n is any integer selected from 1-3, R is an aromatic ring having 5 to 30 carbon atoms, R′ is a multivalent straight or branched carbon chain having 5 to 30 carbon atoms which may optionally be interrupted by an oxygen atom. The α-cyclodextrin modified polymerizable monomer can be applied to a photoresist composition which has small aberration and high transmittance, thereby improving the display quality of the display apparatus.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a preparation method of a patterned film, a display substrate and a display device, avoiding falling off of a film layer occurring in the process of peeling off a photoresist layer. The preparation method of the patterned film comprises: forming a preset film layer on a surface of a preset substrate; covering the preset film layer with an isolation layer; forming a photoresist layer on a surface of the isolation layer and forming a pattern of the isolation layer with a patterning process; then removing the preset film layer which is not covered by the pattern of the isolation layer, peeling off the photoresist layer and removing the remaining, isolation layer to form a pattern of the preset film layer.

    Abstract: A pigment dispersing agent, a pigment dispersion solution, a color photoresist, and a process for manufacturing the same, and use in the color film substrate and display device. The pigment dispersing agent is an amino-β-cyclodextrin modified polymethacrylate, the amino-β-cyclodextrin modified polymethacrylate being used to disperse a powdered pigment having an aromatic group, wherein the degree of modification by amino-β-cyclodextrin is 5.36%-35.40%. Because β-cyclodextrin moiety is a group having affinity for pigments, it can bind to the aromatic group in the pigment molecular structure, thereby capable of dispersing the powdered pigment having an aromatic group. The pigment dispersion solution prepared from the pigment dispersing agent has small particle size, narrow particle size distribution range, and high storage stability, thereby improving the yield of the display product.
