Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques to achieve inter-base station beam management to avoid interference during full-duplex (FD) operations, half-duplex (HD) operations, flexible time-domain duplexing (TDD), or a combination thereof, by performing interference management specific to beam configurations. For example, a first base station (e.g., an aggressor base station operating in FD) may perform one or more actions to proactively determine if inter-base station interference may occur. In some cases, the aggressor base station may request measurements from one or more victim base stations. In other examples, the victim base station may request measurements from the aggressor base station. Additionally or alternatively, the victim base station may provide reactive feedback to the aggressor base station upon detecting interference.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first relay user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive a first message including a cross-link interference (CLI) indication associated with CLI experienced by a first base station which is associated with signals transmitted by a second base station. The first relay UE may generate, in response to the first message, a second message including the CLI indication, and may transmitting the second message including the CLI indication. In some cases, the first relay UE may transmit the second message directly to the second base station. In additional or alternative cases, the first relay UE may transmit the second message to an additional relay UE for relay to the second base station.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) associated with transmission configuration information, where the transmission configuration information includes a plurality of indicators of respective reference signals. The UE may communicate, with the base station, based at least in part on the transmission configuration information. The DCI may include a field associated with a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state that includes the plurality of indicators. As an alternative, the DCI may include at least a first field associated with a first TCI state that includes a first indicator of the plurality of indicators and a second field associated with a second TCI state that includes a second indicator of the plurality of indicators. Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to communicating in an integrated access backhaul (IAB) network are provided. A first wireless communication device receives synchronization information associated with one or more wireless communication of a multi-hop wireless network. The first wireless communication device determines a transmission timing adjustment for a second wireless communication device of the one or more wireless communication devices based on at least some of the synchronization information. The first wireless communication device transmits a message instructing the second wireless communication device to communicate with a third wireless communication device of the one or more wireless communication devices based on the transmission timing adjustment.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may transmit a request for a base station to establish a wireless communication link between the first UE and a second UE via an assisting device (AD) associated with an assisting node (AN). The first UE may receive first control signaling from the base station including an indication for the first UE to perform a directional learning procedure with the AN in response to the request, and may transmit an uplink message including an indication of a completion of the directional learning procedure. The first UE may receive second control signaling from the base station indicating a set of resources for performing a link configuration procedure between the first UE and the second UE, and may communicate with the second UE via the AD of the AN based on the second control signaling.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a base station may transmit first control signaling to a first set of user equipments (UEs) which identifies a first common configuration information element indicating a first slot format pattern for use by the first set of UEs. The base station may also transmit second control signaling to a second set of UEs which identifies a second common configuration information element indicating a second slot format pattern for the second set of UEs. The first information element and the second information element may be the same or different based on full-duplexing or half-duplexing capabilities of the UEs. In some other cases, the base station may identify a grouping configuration for assigning respective UEs to first or second UE groups which are either associated with uplink or downlink communications with the full-duplex base station.

A base station may indicate to a UE a first set of uplink power control parameters associated with half-duplex communications and a second set of uplink power control parameters associated with full-duplex communications. Alternatively, the base station may indicate the first set of uplink power control parameters and a set of power offsets associated with full-duplex communications. The base station may indicate a first set of resources associated with the first set of uplink power control parameters and a second set of resources associated with the second set of uplink power control parameters or the set of power offsets. In response, the UE may transmit one or more uplink messages over one or more resources of the second set of resources in accordance with the second set of uplink power control parameters or the set of power offsets.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may receive, from a repeater having a first interface and a second interface, information associated with one or more capabilities of the repeater, the second interface being different from the first interface.
