The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes: acquiring, by a first base station, resource configuration information of a first cell, where the first cell is a cell served by the first base station; receiving resource configuration information of a second cell sent by a second base station, where the second cell is a cell served by the second base station; and allocating a resource to user equipment according to the resource configuration information of the first cell and the resource configuration information of the second cell, so that the user equipment communicates with the first cell and the second cell.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method and system for reselecting or handing over to a broadcast multicast cell. The method includes the following steps: broadcasting, by an MBMS cell, a service area identity list of a service area to which the MBMS cell belongs; determining, by a UE, whether the service area identity list includes a service area identity corresponding to a service; if the service area identity list includes service area identity corresponding to the service, setting, by the UE, a cell reselection priority of a frequency of an MBMS cell to the highest. According to the present invention, a UE can identify whether a cell capable of providing services that the UE is receiving or is interested in around the UE, so that the cell can learn which neighboring cells are MBMS cells and what services are being broadcast in MBMS cells if such MBMS cells are available.
Abstract:

The method includes: sending, by a master base station, a first request message to a mobility management control node, where the first request message includes an address of a local gateway of a secondary base station, and the first request message is used to request to perform data offloading at the local gateway of the secondary base station; receiving, by the master base station, a first response message that is sent by the mobility management control node according to the first request message, where the first response message includes a first related identifier ID of the local gateway of the secondary base station, and the first related ID is used to indicate a first bearer according to which data offloading is performed at the local gateway of the secondary base station.
Abstract:
A method for processing data after an unlicensed spectrum is released, and user equipment are disclosed. The method includes: when user equipment determines that a base station has released an unlicensed spectrum, monitoring, by the user equipment, release time for which the unlicensed spectrum is released a release time for which the unlicensed spectrum is released; when the release time does not exceed a time threshold, pausing, by the user equipment, a data processing process attached to the unlicensed spectrum, and resuming the data processing process after the base station re-acquires the unlicensed spectrum; and when the release time exceeds the time threshold, terminating, by the user equipment, the data processing process attached to the unlicensed spectrum, and selecting a licensed spectrum to start a new data processing process, or after the base station re-acquires the unlicensed spectrum, starting a new data processing process.
Abstract:
A method, device and system are used for transmitting a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS). The method includes sending, by a first base station, a service identifier of a MBMS that needs to be received by a user equipment in a coverage area of the first base station to a gateway. The first base station receives a data packet of the MBMS and a synchronization control packet on a first multicast channel which are sent by the gateway. The first multicast channel is a multicast channel where the MBMS is located.
