Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) message from a base station that schedules multiple transport blocks (TBs) to be transmitted to the UE. Accordingly, the UE may determine a bundling configuration for grouping the multiple TBs into separate groups of TBs such that separate acknowledgment (ACK) feedback messages are transmitted by the UE for each group of TBs to indicate whether each of the TBs in each TB group was correctly received and decoded. In some cases, the UE may determine the bundling configuration based on radio resource control signaling from the base station, DCI signaling from the base station, relationships or equations or tables defined for the UE, or a combination thereof. Additionally, the UE may determine resource locations and timelines for transmitting the separate ACK feedback messages.

Abstract: A method by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving at least one time offset for scheduling non-terrestrial communications. The at least one first time offset is configured according to a numerology and/or a bandwidth part (BWP). The UE communicates in accordance with the time offset(s). The time offset may be a single time offset that applies across all numerologies or may be multiple time offsets, each specific to a particular numerology or bandwidth part (BWP). The time offset may be a single time offset scaled based on a current numerology configured for communications. The time offset may apply across different bandwidth parts (BWPs) or across multiple component carriers from which the UE is receiving downlink data.

The techniques described herein relate multiplexing transmissions from multiple user equipments (UEs) on the same time-frequency resources. A UE may receive control signaling from a network entity indicating a multiplexing order, a repetition configuration, and a orthogonal cover coding (OCC) configuration to apply to an uplink grant. The repetition configuration may indicate a set of redundancy versions (RVs), a quantity of resource elements (REs) for each RV, and a quantity of repetitions for each RV. The UE may generate a transport block (TB) using the OCC configuration, and the instances of the RVs of the TB may be mapped to REs of the TB based on the multiplexing order and OCC configuration.

Some wireless communications systems may support non-terrestrial network (NTN) signaling between both terrestrial and non-terrestrial devices. A user equipment (UE) supporting such NTN signaling may receive a downlink message indicating a first configuration for a first transmission reception point corresponding to a first cell of the NTN, and a second configuration for a second transmission reception point corresponding to a second cell of the NTN. The UE may then perform one or more synchronization measurements to synchronize uplink communications with the first transmission reception point and the second transmission reception point and in order to perform multi-transmission reception point communications in the NTN. The UE may then transmit one or more uplink messages to the first transmission reception point, to the second transmission reception point, or both, in accordance with the one or more synchronization measurements.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration for a group-common physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), where the group-common PDSCH is repeated for a number of repetitions. Accordingly, the UE may determine this number of repetitions and then monitor for the group-common PDSCH based on the number of repetitions. In some implementations, the group-common PDSCH may include a semi-static repetition scheme, where the number of repetitions is indicated via a group aggregation factor. Additionally or alternatively, the group-common PDSCH may include a dynamic repetition scheme, where the number of repetitions is indicated via a group repetition number. Additionally, the techniques described herein may enable the configuration for the repeated group-common PDSCH to include gaps between each repetition of the group-common PDSCH and for the UE to transmit acknowledgment feedback for the repetitions of the group-common PDSCH.

The network entity may transmit coverage assistance information indicating a discontinuous service coverage pattern to the UE. The UE, the network entity, or both may determine one or more parameters for a power saving mode at the UE, such as a duration of an active time, a duration of an inactive time, a duration of a keep alive time, or a combination thereof based on the coverage assistance information. In some cases, the UE may transmit an indication of the power saving mode parameters to the network entity. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling identifying a configuration of a set of uplink slots for the UE to transmit uplink reference signals to a satellite. The UE may transmit, to the satellite, a set of uplink reference signals on the set of uplink slots according to the configuration. The set of uplink reference signals may include sounding reference signals (SRSs), positioning references signals (PRSs), or both. In some implementations, the UE may transmit the set of uplink reference signals in accordance with one or more timing advance values, where the timing advance values are indicated to the satellite by the UE, pre-configured by the satellite, or both. The UE may then, from a network node, an indication of a position of the UE based on the set of uplink reference signals.
