The method also includes receiving a second request to transfer ownership of the network block and linking the network block to a second user profile. Linking the network block to the second user profile transfers ownership of the list of the one or more devices.

The device can compare the forecasted time interval with an expected time interval. The device can generate a work ticket based at least in part on the comparison.
