摘要: Performing restricted based handover. In one aspect, there is a method performed by a user equipment (UE) served by a serving network node. The method comprises determining that a handover condition exists, wherein the handover condition is a handover triggering condition or a handover inhibiting condition. The method further comprises as a result of determining that the handover triggering condition exists, triggering a handover of the UE from the serving network node to a target network node, or as a result of determining that the handover inhibiting condition exists, inhibiting a handover of the UE from the serving network node to the target network node. Determining that the handover condition exists comprises: determining that a power restriction exists i) for an UL channel between the UE and the serving network node or ii) for an UL channel between the UE and the target network node.

摘要: Embodiments includes methods performed by a user equipment, LT, to schedule a plurality of mutually-exclusive repetitive measurement activities in a wireless network. Such embodiments include receiving, from a network node serving the UE, a measurement configuration comprising: least one measurement timing configuration for each of a plurality of mutually exclusive repetitive measurement activities; and identification of a measurement gap pattern for performing the measurement activities. Such embodiments also include selecting an analysis period for a measurement schedule, and determining, over the analysis period, measurement load information related to the measurement configuration. Such embodiments also include determining, based on the measurement load information, a measurement time scaling factor and a scaled measurement time for each measurement activity. Some embodiments include determining a measurement schedule and/or performing measurements based on the scaled measurement time. Embodiments also include methods performed by network nodes, and UEs and network nodes configured to perform such methods.

摘要: A method for localizing a voice call is disclosed, comprising: receiving an originating leg setup message for an originating leg bearer from the first base station for a first user equipment (UE); creating a first call correlation identifier and storing the first call correlation identifier in association with the first UE; extracting a second call correlation identifier from a terminating leg setup message for a terminating leg bearer received from the core network; determining a real time protocol (RTP) localization status for the originating leg bearer and the terminating leg bearer based on matching the second call correlation identifier of the terminating leg against the stored first call correlation identifier of the originating leg; and sending transport layer assignment messages to the first base station to redirect RTP packets from the first UE to the second UE via the terminating leg bearer without the RTP packets transiting the core network.

For example, the disclosed systems can identify a transportation request corresponding to a first transportation mode and analyze multiple limited-eligibility provider devices having various modes as potential recipients for the transportation request. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems can further determine an expected change in network coverage time associated with providing the transportation request to a first provider device corresponding to the first transportation mode versus a second provider device corresponding to a second transportation mode. The disclosed systems can provide the transportation request to the second provider device corresponding to the second transportation mode according to the expected change in network coverage time and/or other transportation request metrics.

摘要: In one embodiment, a network assurance service that monitors a wireless network identifies a set of wireless network anomalies detected in the wireless network that are associated with a set of one or more network measurements. The network assurance service classifies the set of wireless anomalies as radio-related or backend-related. The network assurance service, when the set of wireless anomalies are classified as radio-related, determines that the wireless anomalies are recurring for a particular wireless access point in the network. The network assurance service initiates a change to the wireless network in part to move clients in the wireless network from the particular wireless access point to another wireless access point in the network.
