Abstract: Particles that can suppress the occurrence of cracking during a stress load in a connection part that connects two members to be connected are provided. The particles according to the present invention are particles used to obtain a connecting material for forming the connection part that connects two members to be connected, and the particles are used for forming the connection part such that thickness of the connection part after connection exceeds twice the average particle diameter of the particles before connection, or the particles have an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more and 15 μm or less, the particles have a 10% K value of exceeding 3000 N/mm2 and 20000 K/mm2 or less, and the particles have a particle diameter CV value of 50% or less.

Abstract: A resin composition is provided. The resin composition includes a polyimide resin; a hydrocarbon resin or a fluorinated polymer resin; and a silica that is modified by a surface modifier. The content of the hydrocarbon resin is in a range from 1 to 13 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyimide resin. The content of the fluorinated polymer resin is in a range from 1 to 60 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyimide resin. The content of the silica is in a range from 1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyimide resin.

Abstract: A latex of an acid-modified conjugated diene polymer including the acid-modified conjugated diene polymer obtained by modifying a conjugated diene polymer with an acid group-containing compound, in which a content of a structural unit derived from the acid group-containing compound is 0.2 to 0.7 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acid-modified conjugated diene polymer; a content of a water-soluble polymer in the latex is 2 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acid-modified conjugated diene polymer; when a solids content of the latex is adjusted to 60 wt %, a viscosity at 25° C. is 800 mPa·s or less; and when the solids content of the latex is adjusted to 50 wt %, the viscosity at 25° C. is 300 mPa·s or less.
