摘要: A lifting device for building a steel structure hoistway and a method for building a steel structure hoistway. The lifting device includes a lifting mechanism and a crane mechanism. The lifting mechanism includes a bottom platform, a middle platform and a top platform. The crane mechanism is arranged on the top platform of the lifting mechanism, and includes a base and a crane on the base. The base is arranged on the top platform and is rotatable relative to the top platform along a vertical axis, and the hanger frame of the crane is movable between a vertical orientation and an inclined orientation. The lifting mechanism is configured to ascend and descend in the constructed steel structure hoistway, and the crane mechanism is configured to lift building materials, such as steel beams, steel columns, etc., for use in building the steel structure hoistway to their designed installation locations.

摘要: A building includes a prefabricated modular stair or elevator module. The prefabricated stair or elevator module may form either a fully functional stairwell with an internally supported internal landing and handrails, or a fully functional elevator shaft ready to install an elevator system through a plurality of engagement features. Each prefabricated stair/elevator module includes four vertical members extending orthogonally from a reference plane, four transverse members forming transverse edges of the module, and four longitudinal members forming longitudinal edges of the module. The prefabricated modules may be stacked upon one another and fixedly attached to one another through fastening members and fasteners. Furthermore, each module may be covered in wall panels such that each module forms a segment of either an elevator shaft or a stairwell.

摘要: A mounting system for performing an installation operation in an elevator shaft of an elevator system has a mounting apparatus that includes a carrier component with a mechatronic installation component, a displacement component, a suspension cable and a deflection roller deflecting the suspension cable between the displacement component and the carrier component. The carrier component is supported against a supporting wall of the elevator shaft by an upper support roller, at least during displacement in the elevator shaft. The suspension cable has, between the deflection roller and the carrier component, a diagonal pull relative to the vertical in the direction of the supporting wall and is guided via the deflection roller such that the diagonal pull can be varied by displacing the deflection roller. The deflection roller is arranged via a holding apparatus on a surface of the supporting wall such that the deflection roller protrudes into the elevator shaft.

摘要: An aligning device is used for aligning a guide rail of an elevator system. The guide rail is held on a shaft wall of an elevator shaft and is displaceable in at least two horizontal directions, oriented crosswise with respect to each other, before a final fixation. The aligning device has a detection device that is configured to detect, in an automated manner, a position deviation of the guide rail from a nominal position, and has a hammer mill that is configured to hammer the guide rail in an automated manner depending on the detected position deviation by exerting pulse-like strikes in one of the horizontal directions toward the nominal position.
