    摘要: A roller driven device for roller conveyors includes a cylindrical and tubular roller configured to rotate around its geometric axis, and having at each end a respective first lateral wheel and a second lateral wheel. At least the first lateral wheel has a tubular cylindrical element having at its end facing the second lateral wheel a first flange and at the opposite end a second flange. The device further includes a ring whose axial length ranges from two thirds to one twentieth of the axial distance between the first flange and the second flange of the first lateral wheel. An end of the ring is positioned between the first flange and the second flange and the end is fixed to the outer surface of the roller, where the end portion of the roller is fixed at the central hole of the second flange.

    摘要: A track displaceable service vehicle replaces individual worn or damaged idlers with new idlers in the upper run and lower run of a belt conveyor with rising or falling conveying route, in which there is little space for the use of the service vehicle for replacing the idlers. The service vehicle accommodates a magazine for new and worn idlers and auxiliary devices for lifting the belt and removing old and for installing new idlers. A platform carries service personnel, and can be brought into a horizontal position in case of an inclined travel route of the service vehicle. The replacing of worn or defective idlers takes place in certain cycles in which the entire segment of the belt conveyor is removed and all worn and defective idlers are replaced. The service vehicle has a drive and is suitable for long tunnel sections (conveying routes which extend over several kilometers).

The multi-directional roller assembly has a rotatable roller frame housing at least one set of mutually-actuating rollers. The multi-directional roller assembly directs an article supported by the assembly along a trajectory determined by the orientation of the multi-directional roller assembly relative to an input force. The orientation of the multi-directional roller assembly may be changed to change the trajectory. A conveyor system may include an array of multi-directional roller assemblies. An actuator controls the orientation of the multi-directional roller assemblies individually and may also control an array of multi-directional roller assemblies as a group.

    摘要: A roller table with a vise carriage and movable roller supports for moving, positioning, and supporting material. In the preferred embodiment, a hydraulic cylinder and piston rod are used in conjunction with a rack and pinion system such that there is a doubling effect on the piston rod stroke for effectuating differential positioning of two movable roller supports and the vise carriage. One movable roller support is disposed at approximately the midpoint between the vise carriage and a fixed vise. For a given displacement of the vise carriage, the movable roller support travels half as far so as to remain essentially at the midpoint of the span. The second movable roller support is disposed on the other side of the vise carriage, more or less at the midpoint between the vise carriage and a fixed roller support. The second movable roller support is integral with the first movable roller support and, thus, also travels half as far as the vise carriage for a given displacement so as to remain essentially at the midpoint between the vise carriage and the fixed roller.
