摘要： The present invention provides a coin wrapping machine which can reliably lean coins C accepted in a stacking unit 21 from a transport unit 20 and stack the coins C without disorder, and can neatly wrap the stacked coins C.The stacking unit 21 is provided with a stacking space 41 which accepts coins C transported by the transport unit 20 from above and stacks the coins. In the stacking space 41, stack support portions 47 which support coins C to be stacked are provided movably up and down. On the upper surfaces of the stack support portions 47, stack support surfaces 48 are provided, and coins C to be stacked in the stacking space 41 are supported in an inclined state by the stack support surfaces 48. The stack support portions 47 lower each time a coin C is stacked. At a height in the stack of coins C supported by the stack support surfaces 48 of the stack support portions 47 and stacked, an inclination maintaining portion 53 which the higher side of the inclination of a coin C comes into contact with is provided. The inclinations of coins C higher than a space portion 54 are forcibly maintained by the inclination maintaining portion 53, the space portion 54 being formed on the higher side of the inclination of the coin C at a height in the stack of the coins C.

摘要： Apparatus for frozen patties wherein one wide and slow conveyor feeds a plurality of narrow and fast conveyors to spread out the patties prior to stacking. Each fast conveyor conveys a stream of patties to a stacking module, each module includes a vertically-extending stacking cylinder. Each stacking cylinder includes a vertically-movable plunger which decrements as a patty is added to the top of the cylinder. When a cylinder contains enough patties for a stack, a patty-blocking member blocks patties from entering that fast conveyor, and the plunger in that cylinder raises the stack vertically out of the cylinder to a horizontal stage platform. A pusher member pushes the stack off the plunger and onto the stage platform. Vertically-hanging spring leaves stabilize the position of the stacks on the stage platform. When a desired number of stacks have accumulated on the stage platform, the stacks are moved to a collection station. If a problem occurs in any stacking modules, patty flow is blocked, the fast conveyor feeding the module is stopped, the plunger in the corresponding cylinder is lowered to the bottom of that cylinder, and that cylinder is moved horizontally to overhang a purge chute. Any patties then in the cylinder drop into the purge chute. The cylinder returns to a position relative to its fast conveyor, the conveyor is-started to send patties thereon into the cylinder, and the cylinder moves to the purge chute.

摘要： Apparatus for the quality control of individual, one-piece receptacles, which are open at one end. The individual, one-piece receptacles are preferably aligned, in several groups, side by side, similarly with respect to their spatial orientation. The receptacles are turned over to a conveyor line where they pass through at least one testing station at which measurement results specific to each type of receptacle are obtained. The analysis of these results indicates the structural integrity and accuracy of shape of the respective receptacle. The receptacles, as a function of the receptacle-specific measurement results, are removed from the conveyor line if defective; and only the structurally integral and shape-accurate acceptable receptacles are stacked and further advanced as a stack.

The first and second conveyors have outlet end portions extending from the ejecting station to the stacking station with the product pushers arranged in transverse alignment to advance wrapped stick confections in opposed pairs and with their stick ends overlapping to the stacking station, and group forming mechanism is provided at the stacking station for assembling opposed pairs of wrapped stick confections from the first and second conveyors into groups comprising a plurality of pairs of wrapped stick confections.
