摘要: A method for forming packages of blister packages including sealing a blister package with an item inside; moving the blister packages on a conveyor toward a blister package stacker; receiving the blister packages one at a time in a nest inlet of the blister package stacker and holding the received blister package in a nest assembly; inserting one blister package at a time into a bottom of a blister package collection tower section by upward movement of the blister; retaining the inserted package in the blister package collection tower section; and repeating the receiving, inserting, and retaining to form a stack of the blister packages in the blister package collection tower section.

摘要: A packaging system includes a plurality of feed conveyors configured to carry a plurality of carton units thereon and a stacking station. The stacking station includes a stacking conveyor and a plurality of lifting assemblies. Each lifting assembly of the plurality of lifting assemblies is selectively moveable over the stacking conveyor and a corresponding feed conveyor of the plurality of feed conveyors. The packaging system further includes a controller communicatively coupled to the stacking conveyor and the plurality of lifting assemblies. The controller is configured to control a first lifting assembly of the plurality of lifting assemblies to retrieve a first carton unit from a first feed conveyor of the plurality of feed conveyors and control the first lifting assembly to deposit the first carton unit on the stacking conveyor in a stacked relationship with a second carton unit.

摘要: The invention concerns a conveyor system (2) for formatting slice-shaped food products in product stacks. The conveyor system (2) comprises an inlet (4), a lower product conveyor (8), an upper product conveyor (7, 9), a vertically swivelling distributor conveyor (6) for distributing the incoming food products selectively to the lower product conveyor (8) or to the upper product conveyor (7, 9), an output conveyor (10) receiving the food products partially stacked from the lower prod-uct conveyor (8) and the upper product conveyor (7, 9), and an outlet (11) for outputting the stacked food products in product rows. The invention provides that the individual conveying tracks (6G, 6H) of the distributor conveyor (6) can be swivelled vertically independently of one another in order to forward the incoming food products individually for each conveying track selectively to the lower product conveyor (8) or to the upper product conveyor (7, 9). The invention also includes a corresponding operating method.

摘要: A glove stacking apparatus forming a stack of folded gloves has a supporting surface for supporting the stack as folded gloves are added to the stack along a stacking axis. First and second flaps are pivotable about first and second pivot axes on opposite first and second sides of a glove stacking area. The supporting surface is relatively movable as folded gloves are added to the stack. A cyclic flap actuation system is configured to drive a folding action of each flap in which the flaps alternately pivot about the corresponding pivot axis so that each flap folds a first portion of a deposited glove overlapping a flap towards a second portion of the glove at the glove stacking area; the folding action alternating as gloves are added to the stack. Each flap in addition to being pivotable is also laterally movable both towards and away from the stacking area.

摘要: A phased split-pitch barrel loader for a packaging machine has a leading loader arm assembly and a trailing loader arm assembly. Each loader arm assembly has a loader arm that carries a loader face on one end and the loader arm is extendable and retractable on guide rails. One loader arm is driven in a downstream direction by a first set of endless chains and the other is driven by a second set of endless chains. One of the endless chains can be advanced or retarded in phase relative to the other to move the loader arms further apart or closer together as they move in the downstream direction. This moves the loader faces further apart or closer together and the loader faces have fingers that interleave when the loader faces are brought together. Thus, a composite loader face having a predetermined area can be formed by moving the loader arm assemblies closer together or farther apart. The composite loader face is sized in each case to correspond to groups of articles such as beverage cans of different sizes and/or different configurations.

摘要: The stacking unit is provided with a stacking space, which accepts coins transported by the transport unit from above and stacks the coins. In the stacking space, stack support portions which support coins to be stacked are provided movably up and down. Coins to be stacked are supported in an inclined state by the stack support portions. At a height in which the stack of coins supported by the stack support portions are stacked, an inclination maintaining portion in which the higher side of the inclination of a coin comes into contact with is provided. The inclinations of coins higher than a space portion are forcibly maintained by the inclination maintaining portion, the space portion being formed on the higher side of the inclination of the coin at a height in the stack of the coins.
