    摘要: Provided are an enamel composition, a preparation method thereof, and a cooking appliance including the same. The enamel composition includes a glass frit containing P2O5, SiO2, TiO2, Na2O, and Al2O3. The glass frit contains about 10 wt % to about 25 wt % of SiO2, about 5 wt % to about 20 wt % of TiO2, about 5 wt % to about 15 wt % of Na2O, and about 9 wt % to about 20 wt % of Al2O3, and the glass frit has a glass deformation temperature of about 500° C. or more, and a reflectivity of about 70% or more.

The food steamer includes a base unit, a steam basket supported on the base unit, a heating device configured in the base unit for converting water into steam, a water tank configured for supplying water for the heating device, a drip tray configured for collecting water drops from the steam basket, and an electronic controller configured for control the heating device. The heating device includes at least a steam outlet for jetting steam to the steaming basket. The water tank is detachably sited on the base unit and beside the steam basket. This food steamer can reserve much more water, extend the cooking time and shorten the time of steam generation, convenient and safe operation.

    摘要: A conveyor oven is disclosed. The conveyor oven includes a housing, a conveyor belt, a first and second doors, and a heat source. The housing includes a cavity and a first and second openings. The conveyor belt is configured to receive and transport food items in and out of the cavity through the first and second openings. The conveyor belt includes a loading section and an unloading section for food. The first and second doors cover first and second openings, respectively, in order to prevent heat within the cavity from escaping through the first and second openings during operation. Configured to provide different cooking times and thermal profiles to various types of food items, the heat source provides heat to the cavity for heating up any food item placed on a portion of the conveyor belt located within the cavity.

    摘要: This invention introduces the welding technology of an electrical connector and its welding device. The welding device comprises of a base frame, IR lamp that can emit infrared rays, and convex lens used to collect infrared rays. The lamp and lens are set in the base frame, with the convex lens in front, which collects all infrared rays from the lamp and irradiates them to the solder paste, allowing for fast heating. The melted solder paste forms defect-free welding spots with sound electrics performance and low energy consumption, thus saving energy. This invention of welding device is used for the welding when electrical connector is assembled, solder paste is put and the connector is fixed in the conveying belt. The electrical connector goes through the heating zone in welding device, which enables the automatic welding of each cored wire in the electrical connector and wire connecting terminal. The welding is fast and the production can be continuous free of any tack welding. The process has low energy consumption and saves energy.
