摘要： There is provided a juicer for extracting juice from fruits and vegetables comprising a lower base, an upper base, a top cover with a hollow cylindrical feeding tube, a grating-disk and mesh filter assembly, a pulp collector, and a pusher. The upper base is mounted on a lower base and receives the grating-disk and mesh filter assembly. The grating disk is a concave shape and tooth-like cutters are arranged into rows on an inclined surface of the grating disk. The top cover is fitted on the upper base and houses a hollow cylindrical feeding tube. Inside the feeding tube is an anti-rotation protrusion, located at the bottom of the feeding tube made an integral part of the feeding tube to prevent the food from spinning inside the tube. The pusher is inserted into the feeding tube and contains a opening that matches the anti-rotation protrusion and into which rests the anti-rotation protrusion. The bottom of the pusher is convex-shaped and matches the concave grating disk. The pusher forces the fruit or vegetable through the bore of the feeding tube onto the grating disk.

摘要： A fiber flow controlled centrifugal bowl mechanism comprises a centrifugal bowl and a mesh filter bracket sleeved at the bottom of the centrifugal bowl. A grating disk is installed between the bottom of the centrifugal bowl and the mesh filter. The upper surface of the grating disk is provided with cutting teeth, the lower part of the centrifugal bowl is provided with mesh holes allowing fibers to pass and the mesh size is adjustable. The utility model has the following advantages: 1, the centrifugal bowl and mesh filter of the juicer can rotate relatively to adjust the size of the mesh holes; 2, the fiber flow can be controlled through the mesh holes, so beverages containing different fibers can be provided; and 3, the mesh size can be quickly fixed by installing a locating structure, so the juicer is quick to adjust and convenient to use.

The food steamer includes a base unit, a steam basket supported on the base unit, a heating device configured in the base unit for converting water into steam, a water tank configured for supplying water for the heating device, a drip tray configured for collecting water drops from the steam basket, and an electronic controller configured for control the heating device. The heating device includes at least a steam outlet for jetting steam to the steaming basket. The water tank is detachably sited on the base unit and beside the steam basket. This food steamer can reserve much more water, extend the cooking time and shorten the time of steam generation, convenient and safe operation.

摘要： There is disclosed a mechanical two-speed drive system/gearbox for household appliances such as a blender or food processor. The gearbox comprises a motor, a motor shaft, a drive-outlet, and the installation of one-way bearings in suitable places in the gear-train. The drive-outlet can be driven at two different speeds in the same rotational direction. By operating the motor in the clockwise direction and counter-clockwise direction, a change in the drive-outlet rpm is achieved. When operating in the hi-speed mode, the drive-outlet is directly driven by the motor. When operating in the lo-speed mode, the drive-outlet is driven via the gear-train, with a resulting increase in torque. This gearbox is simple to construct, and operable without expensive control electronics. In particular applications with electronic motor speed and directional control, a much broader and useable drive-outlet speed range is achieved.

摘要： A food kneading appliance especially adapted to mix and knead bread or pizza dough or dough of other types includes a container, a central body located in the center of the container, kneading tools, and a drive unit to rotate the central body. The central body includes a stirring spindle and a kneading spindle which are positioned in the same axis and rotate in opposite directions in operation. The kneading tools include a dough hook disposed on the stirring spindle and a dough mixer disposed on the kneading spindle. The appliance can provide large torque and low speed operation so that the dough can be processed without overheating and Deteriorating. Beyond that, the dough is easy to be thoroughly mixed and achieve high quality dough that is comparable to manual kneading. Another advantage of the invention is that the kneading process is stable and low in noise.
