Abstract: A battery includes: an electrode layer; a counter electrode layer, which is a counter electrode for the electrode layer; a solid electrolyte layer between the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer; and an electrode current collector electrically coupled to the electrode layer. The solid electrolyte layer includes a first region containing a first solid electrolyte material and a second region containing a second solid electrolyte material. The first region is positioned within a region where the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer face each other. Moreover, a second density, which is of the second solid electrolyte material in the second region, is higher than a first density, which is of the first solid electrolyte material in the first region.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery, a manufacturing method thereof and an electronic product. The battery cell includes electrodes and tabs, where each of the electrodes includes a current collector and an active material layer, and the current collector includes a coating zone coated with the active material layer and an empty foil zone, and an end of a tab overlaps the empty foil zone and the tab and the empty foil zone are connected by laser welding; the side of the empty foil zone facing away from the tab has a plurality of dot-shaped welding marks arranged at intervals, and the dot-shaped welding marks include a concave part and an annular convex part surrounding the concave part. The contact area between the annular convex part and the separator between the positive electrode and the negative electrode is large, and the separator is less likely to be pierced.

Abstract: A rectangular secondary battery includes a rectangular casing that contains an electrode body, a sealing plate that seals an opening of the rectangular casing; a positive electrode tab group that is composed of a plurality of positive electrode tabs, a positive electrode terminal that is electrically connected to the positive electrode tab group and attached to the sealing plate, a second positive electrode current collector that is electrically connected to the positive electrode tab group and the positive electrode terminal, and a second insulator that is disposed between the sealing plate and the second positive electrode current collector. The sealing plate has a gas discharge valve. The sealing plate has a first recess. The second insulator has a first protrusion. In a transversal direction of the sealing plate, the first recess is displaced from a center of the sealing plate toward an end portion of the sealing plate.

The insulating housing includes a plurality of accommodating spaces, each accommodating space has an opening. Adjacent accommodating spaces are separated by a barrier. Each accommodating space is used to accommodate one group of the electrode assemblies. The battery further includes an end cover provided with a plurality of pairs of electrode terminals. Each pair of electrode terminals corresponds to one of the accommodating spaces. The end cover is connected to the insulating housing, and covers openings of the plurality of accommodating spaces, so as to enclose the plurality of groups of electrode assemblies in the plurality of accommodating spaces.

Abstract: A flexible battery includes a plurality of electrode assemblies, an electrical connector, elastic insulation members, and a package bag. The electrical connector is electrically connected to two adjacent electrode assemblies. The elastic insulation members are disposed at two end terminals of the electrical connector and have a gap with the electrode assemblies. The package bag is provided with a first dent accommodating the electrode assembly and the elastic insulation member, and a second dent accommodating the electrical connector. In the flexible battery, stress concentration caused by bending after packaging can be effectively reduced, so the package bag and electrical connector of the flexible battery are not prone to fracture, providing effective protection for the electrode assemblies, improving service life of the flexible battery, and ensuring stable performance and safety of the flexible battery.
