    摘要: A liquid etchant and a method for roughening a copper surface each capable of providing copper with a roughened surface increased in acid resistance regardless of a chlorine ion in a short period of time, to thereby ensure firm adhesion between a copper conductive pattern and an outer layer material during manufacturing of a printed circuit board, resulting in the manufacturing being highly simplified. The liquid etchant includes a main component containing an oxo acid such as sulfuric acid and a peroxide such as hydrogen peroxide. Also, the liquid etchant includes an auxiliary component containing a tetrazole such as 5-aminotetrazole or the like, or a 1,2,3-azole. The liquid etchant permits a copper surface to be roughened in an acicular manner.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing organically developable, photopolymerizable flexographic printing elements on flexible metallic supports by: coating a flexible metallic support with a tack-free adhesive lacquer, which is resistant to swelling and which is insoluble in printing inks and in organic developers; applying an elastomeric photopolymerizable layer to a covering film, and; laminating the photopolymerizable layer onto the metallic support coated with the adhesive lacquer. The invention also relates to a photopolymerizable flexographic printing element comprised of a photopolymerizable layer that is applied to a flexible metallic support by means of a tack-free adhesive layer, which is resistant to swelling and which is insoluble in printing inks and in organic developers.

The lithographic printing plate prepared from the presensitized plate permits the solution of the problem such that the surface area of paper corresponding to the edges of the printing plate is stained and the achievement of excellent setter-conveying characteristics.

After a surface roughening treatment and before an anodizing treatment, an aluminum alloy plate to be used as the substrate is washed in an alkali solution, and then in an acidic solution. After surface-roughening, overlap points of Fe and Si macularly distributed at the surface of the aluminum alloy plate have a surface coverage of not more than 0.5%, and there are no more than 800 per 1 mm2 of overlap points which have sizes larger than 1.6null10null7 mm2. The planographic printing plate of the present invention has excellent printing capabilities in that, irrespective of printing conditions, soiling does not occur at a non-image portion of the planographic printing plate.
