摘要: A chemical protective suit includes a head portion, a body portion, a pair of arm portions, a pair of leg portions, and a pair of foot portions. The aforementioned portions are integrated into a unitary body. The integrated portion of each two adjacent sheet fabric pieces in each of the foot portions comprises a seam line extending along peripheral edges of two adjacent sheet fabric pieces stacked on each other, with the peripheral edges opposed to each other, and a welded portion of the stacked sheet fabric pieces of a predetermined breadth extending along the seam line, with the peripheral edges and the welded portion disposed to face opposite sides of the seam line. The integrated portion of the two adjacent sheet fabric pieces in each of the foot portions is exposed to the external air.

摘要: A method for bonding supplemental materials of various shapes to a base textile comprises printing an adhesive material, such as a thermoplastic ink, onto a backing sheet, such as a paper backing. The thermoplastic ink may be printed onto the paper backing using a print head, silk screen, gravure, or any other appropriate printing device capable of printing the ink onto the backing sheet in a desired shape and with a desired thickness. The adhesive material is generally printed in substantially the same shape as the perimeter of the supplemental material to be bonded to the base textile. After the thermoplastic ink is printed onto the backing sheet, the thermoplastic ink is transferred to the base fabric using a bonding process. The backing sheet is then peeled away, and the supplemental material is then bonded to the exposed adhesive material on the base fabric using a subsequent bonding process.

摘要: A high frequency sewing machine for intermittently transferring a work material mounted on a work material mounting plate by means of feed dogs which perform synthetic circular movement in horizontal and vertical directions and which cooperate with a presser foot to effect the continuous bonding of the overlapped portions of a fiber cloth which are continuously bonded together by means of a thermoplastic resin tape held between the overlapped portions of the fiber cloth in the work material to melt under high frequency dielectric heating. High frequency power is applied between a pair of planar electrodes respectively disposed above and below the work material during the time when the transfer by these feed dogs is stopped to effect the melting process. The occurrence of defective products having burn or the like due to heat concentration can be prevented while obtaining assured uniform bonding strength by using the high frequency power. Additionally, the bonding of curvilinear portions and the bonding of stretchable fiber clothes can be sufficiently handled.

摘要: This invention relates to a finished printed garment and a method for printing thereon. The finished printed garment may be constructed from Prepared for Dying denim which is dyed to a chosen color. The printing method incorporates the use of a dischargeable ink applied to the finished garment, which is placed on belt-style printer, such that the design, once printed on the finished garment, may be continuous, regardless of presence of seams or pockets.

摘要: Seam puckering on a sewn product made of cellulosic fibers, synthetic fibers and/or animal fibers can be prevented from occurring by simply applying a (meth)acrylate resin finish and/or a polyester resin finish to the seams on the sewn product, then hot pressing the seam. The addition of an acidic catalyst, a polyether compound, or a combination of a cellulose-reactive resin finish with an acidic catalyst to the (meth)acrylate finish and/or polyester resin finish provides a better seam pucker preventing effect on cellulosic fibers than do existing cellulose-reactive resin finishes.
