Abstract:
The household appliance (1) for the production of bread comprises—a cooking chamber (11),—electrical supply means (19) for heating said cooking chamber (11),—a drive means ((12) pivotally activated in said cooking chamber (11) by a geared motor (13),—a container (10) which can be accommodated in said cooking chamber (11) and having at least a containment chamber (2) for the bread and at least a mixing shovel (3) positioned inside said containment chamber (2) and able to be directly or indirectly moved by said drive means (12), said containment chamber (2) being so configured to have a first proportion ratio (R1) between every dimension (A, B, φ) of its base and its height (H), and a second proportion ratio (R2) between the dimension of its height (H) and the length (L) of said shovel (3), said ratios being able to give to the cooked bread in said containment chamber (2) a mainly low and wide shape with a little crumb.
Abstract:
An automatic bread making machine that sequentially performs a mixing/kneading process, a leavening process, and a baking process includes: a bread container that is used to contain a bread making ingredient and that has a passive spindle that permits selective attachment of a mixing/kneading blade or a grinding blade in a bottom part of the bread container; a baking chamber that is provided inside a cabinet of the automatic bread making machine and that houses the bread container; a first driving spindle that is disposed in a bottom part of the baking chamber and that is so disposed that it can be coupled to the passive spindle to feed it with rotation for the mixing/kneading blade; and a second driving spindle that is disposed in the bottom part of the baking chamber in a position deviated from the first driving spindle and that is so disposed that it can be coupled to the passive spindle to feed it with rotation for the grinding blade.
Abstract:
The self-making bread method includes: weighing a certain amount of ingredients according to a bread recipe and placing them in a bread ingredient box; putting the bread ingredient box into the corresponding containing region of the top portion of the bread machine; using the jagged ring of the bottom portion of said containing region to open the thin film of the bottom portion of the bread ingredient box, so the ingredients will fall into the mixing container in the bread machine; controlling the water delivering mechanism inside the bread machine to deliver a certain amount of water into said mixing container; starting the mixing device inside the bread machine, which mixes the ingredients into an appropriate dough; turning off the mixing device; energizing the electric heating tube in the bread machine, to bake the dough inside the mixing container into bread.
Abstract:
An automatic bread maker includes a container in which bread ingredients are fed, a main body which receives the container and is equipped with a motor, and a control unit which controls to perform a bread making process in a state where the container is received by the main body. The bread making process includes a grinding step of grinding grains in the container by driving the motor, and a kneading step of kneading bread ingredients in the container including the ground flour of the grains into bread dough by driving the motor. The control unit monitors a load of the motor so as to decide end of the active step on the basis of the load in at least one of the grinding step and the kneading step.
Abstract:
A bread baking support for a baking appliance, the support having at least one mold of elongated shape having a substantially semicircular cross-section. The longitudinal edges of the support have substantially vertical walls.
Abstract:
A bread maker including a main body having an oven compartment with a front opening, a door to open and close the front opening of the oven compartment, a pair of kneading drums spaced apart from each other inside the oven compartment and winding a mixing bag filled with ingredients for bread thereon, a drum driver driving the kneading drums to rotate, a heater heating the inside of the oven compartment, and a heater driver driving the heater to operate. The bread maker includes a door sensor sensing whether the door is open or closed; and a controller controlling the drum driver and the heater driver to suspend the kneading drum and the heater, respectively, when the door sensor senses that the door is open. With this configuration, the bread maker and a method of controlling the same, suspends heaters and kneading drums when a door is open while the bread maker operates, thereby increasing safety and decreasing loss of heat and electrical energy.
Abstract:
A bread maker having a main body, an oven accommodated in the main body, a baking tray provided inside the oven, and a door rotatably connected to the main body to open and close the oven, the bread maker including a sealing part on an inside of the door to prevent leakage of heat from the oven, and a rib extending from the baking tray to contact the sealing part. The sealing part of the door contacts a rib formed on the baking tray when the door is closed so that the sealing part does not protrude into the oven, which prevents the sealing part from being damaged or deformed by an external force, and allows the door to be manufactured using a simple assembling process that increases productivity. The bottom of the oven includes a protuberant part that minimizes the effects of an external force.
Abstract:
A bread maker including an oven compartment, parallel kneading drums inside the oven compartment that alternate between winding and unwinding rotations, and a drum driving part rotating the kneading drums. Each kneading drum includes a rotation shaft rotating according to the drum driving part; a hollow, cylindrical drum member disposed concentrically along an axis of the rotation shaft; and a clutch between the rotation shaft and the drum member, transmitting a rotary movement from the rotation shaft to the drum member in one direction and allowing the drum member to freewheel in the other direction.
Abstract:
An automatic cooker includes a lid, a body, a control system, a heating tube, and a heating plate. The lid and the control system are mounted at a top of the body. The heating tube is configured to have a frame-shape and is substantially horizontally provided within an oven chamber of the body at a lower portion thereof, and the heating plate is mounted within the oven chamber at the bottom thereof. The automatic cooker of the present invention is multifunctional, has a stable and simple structure, and can be used to knead breadstuff, steam, fry, cook, stew, boil, or bake food.
Abstract:
A bread maker including a pair of kneading drums inside an oven compartment, to which are attached opposite ends of a mixing bag containing bread ingredients, the kneading drums reversing rotary direction periodically; a bar code scanner to read a bar code on the mixing bag; a drum driving part rotating the kneading drums in clockwise and counterclockwise directions; a bar code reading checking part sensing whether the bar code scanner is reading the bar code; and a controller determining whether the bar code scanner is reading the bar code based upon a sensed signal output from the bar code reading checking part, and controlling the drum driving part to rotate the kneading drums at a bar code reading speed while the bar code scanner reads the bar code, and at a faster dough kneading speed when the bar code scanner has completely read the bar code.
