Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) and the liquid crystal panel thereof are disclosed. A first electrode and a second electrode are configured on the array substrate and the CF substrate. When the common electrode and the pixel electrode are applied with the voltage, and the first electrode and the second electrode are not applied with the voltage, the liquid crystals aligning along a first direction are controlled to align along a second direction. When the first electrode and the second electrode are applied with the voltage having inversed polarity, and the common electrode and the pixel electrode are not applied with the voltage, the liquid crystals aligning along the second direction are controlled to align along the first direction. In this way, the falling time and the response time may be decreased.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a lens grate having a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a first electrode layer on the first substrate, a resin layer on the first electrode layer, a second electrode layer on the second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the resin layer and the second electrode layer. One side of the resin layer facing toward the liquid crystal layer is configured with a plurality of concave spherical surfaces. By configuring the concave spherical surfaces, the thickness of the liquid crystal layer is gradually decreased along the direction from the center area to the rim area from regardless of the viewing directions, i.e., top-down, left-right, or slant, and thus the viewing angle is wide. With such design, the viewing angle of the 3D effect may be enlarged so as to enhance the 3D display performance.

Abstract: A display device, a reflective display panel and the reflective unit are disclosed. The reflective display panel includes a top substrate unit; a down substrate unit opposite to the top substrate unit; a liquid crystal layer arranged between the top substrate unit and the down substrate unit; a mirror reflective layer arranged at an inner side of the down substrate unit; a color-film polarizer unit arranged at an outer side of the top substrate unit; and wherein external light beams are reflected by the mirror reflective layer and pass through the color-film polarizer unit to generate diffused reflection effect. Compared to conventional technology, the cost of the mask may be reduced and the manufacturing process may be simplified. In this way, the defects are avoided and the reflection performance is enhanced.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a display panel and a liquid crystal display. The display panel comprises a color filter substrate, a TFT substrate, and a liquid crystal layer located between the color filter substrate and the TFT substrate. The display panel comprises multiple pixel areas distributed in array, and each pixel area comprises a transmission region and a reflex region which are divided along the vertical direction of the TFT substrate. The thicknesses of the liquid crystal layer in the transmission region and the reflex region are the same. In the transmission region, a phase retardation plate is further provided between the liquid crystal layer and the TFT substrate or between the liquid crystal layer and the color filter substrate. Through the above way, the present invention can reduce poor alignment of liquid crystal and light leakage in dark state during brush grinding step, and decrease the process difficulty.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display panel. A first projection and a first conductive layer are provided on the side of the first substrate facing the second substrate. In a natural state, the first conductive layer and the second substrate are provided with an interval. When the first substrate and the second substrate are close to each other due to external compression, the first conductive layer contacts with the second substrate and thereby electrically connects with the charge storage area on the second substrate, which eliminates the accumulated charge thereon. The present invention further discloses a liquid crystal display device comprising the liquid crystal display panel. The present invention can eliminate the problems of residual image caused by the accumulation of charge due to the static electricity.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device and a liquid crystal display panel are disclosed. A polarizer sheet disposed at a side of the array substrate includes a polarizer base and a scattering layer. A reflective layer is located at a side of the polarizer sheet corresponding to the light reflective region. A reflection surface of the reflective layer adjacent to the polarizer sheet is a flat surface. The reflection surface is used to perform a specular reflection for an incident light. The scattering layer is used to perform a diffuse reflection for a light reflected by the reflection surface. The present invention can utilize less photomask processes to realize a transflective display effect so as to reduce the manufacturing processes, the manufacturing cost and ensure the reflection effect at the same time.

Abstract: A reflective LCD panel includes a first and second substrates spaced apart from each other, a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first and second substrates, a common electrode layer disposed on the side of the first substrate facing the liquid crystal layer, a scattering layer disposed on the side of the common electrode layer facing the liquid crystal layer, a specular reflector disposed on the side of the second substrate facing the liquid crystal layer. The present invention also proposes a display device. Through this arrangement, the light inputted from the first substrate and common electrode layer scatters when passing through the scattering layer, and produces specular reflection when it further inputted into the specular reflector through the liquid crystal layer. The present invention delivers diffuse reflection effect through the scattering layer and specular reflector, effectively lowering the production cost.
