    摘要: An oil nozzle assembly includes a nozzle body and a nozzle insert. The nozzle body includes a main portion, a tip portion, and a lip. The tip portion is connected to the main portion. The lip extends outwards from the tip portion and has an outer width. The nozzle insert includes a sleeve, an endwall connected to the sleeve, an orifice, and a retention element. The orifice is disposed in the endwall and is fluidly connected to the tip portion of the nozzle body. The retention element extends inward from the sleeve. A portion of the retention element has an inner width that is less than the outer width of the lip. The nozzle insert is disposed onto the tip portion of the nozzle body.

    摘要: A machine has a first member, a second member, a bearing, and a spring. The bearing inner race is mounted to the second member. A spring first end portion is mounted to the first member. The bearing outer race is mounted to a spring second end portion. The spring has a flexible portion between the first end portion and the second end portion. A first annular seal is carried by an outer diameter first groove in an outer diameter surface of the second end portion and seals with an inner diameter surface of a sealing portion of the first member. A second annular seal carried by an inner diameter second groove in the first member and seals with an outer diameter surface of the second end portion. A fluid outlet in the first member opens to a chamber between the first annular seal and the second annular seal.

    摘要: An assembly includes a centering spring having an annular flange, an annular body, and a plurality of resilient beams extending from the flange to the body. The annular flange defines a passage that extends at least radially inward with respect to a centerline circumscribed by the flange from a radially outer surface of the flange to a radially inner surface of the flange. The annular body is spaced from the flange along the centerline, a radially outer surface of the body forming a first annular cavity relative to an adjacent surface configured to be a first fluid damper. A deflection of the body relative to the flange is restrained by a restoring force produced by the plurality of resilient beams and the first fluid damper. A method includes providing the aforementioned assembly and passing a damping fluid through the passage of the flange.
