    摘要: A filament winding apparatus detects that a fiber bundle is likely to break and prevents generation of defective products. The filament winding apparatus applies a prescribed winding tension to the fiber bundle unwound from a fiber bundle feeding package and winds the tension-applied fiber bundle around a mandrel. A tension applying portion applies the winding tension to the fiber bundle at a position that is immediately before a side of the mandrel between the fiber bundle package and the mandrel. A tension sensor detects the tension of the fiber bundle between the fiber bundle feeding package and the tension applying portion. A determination means determines a tension abnormality of the fiber bundle by comparing pre-set reference information with the tension measured value measured by the tension sensor.

    摘要: A filament winding apparatus prevents a fiber bundle supplied to a liner from interfering with other fiber bundles and fiber supplying guides. First and second guide units include a plurality of fiber supplying guides arranged radially and extending and contracting in a direction approximately perpendicular to a liner central axis. When a fiber bundle supplied from a first supplying guide of the first guide unit crosses between a second supplying guide of the second guide unit and the liner, the distance from the second supplying guide to the liner central axis is made larger than the distance from the first supplying guide to the liner central axis, and in the reverse case, the distance from the first supplying guide to the liner central axis is made larger than the distance from the second supplying guide to the liner central axis.

    摘要: A filament winding apparatus that prevents excessive unraveling of a fiber bundle due to variations in the speed at which the fiber bundle is wound includes a hoop winding device having a wrapping table, a bobbin support unit, a braking unit, a slack removal unit, a detector, and a controller. The slack removal unit absorbs slack caused by the difference between winding and unraveling speeds of the fiber bundle. The detector detects whether the amount of slack absorbed is equal to or greater than or is less than, a predetermined amount. When the amount of slack is equal to or greater than the predetermined amount, the controller increases the braking force of the braking unit for braking rotation of a bobbin. When the amount of slack is less than the predetermined amount, the controller reduces the braking force of the braking unit for braking rotation of the bobbin.

A helical winding head includes two guide rings, adjacently arranged along an axis center of the mandrel, and guide tubes arranged at equal intervals along a circumferential direction of the guide rings. The guide rings are switchable between a first state in which phase positions of the guide tubes are matched and a second state in which the phase positions of the guide tubes are evenly shifted in the circumferential direction by a phase switching structure. Tube exits of the guide tubes are arranged close in the first state.

    摘要: A filament winding apparatus includes a control unit, a rotation mechanism that rotates a mandrel, a hoop winding head that performs hoop-winding, and a helical winding head that performs helical-winding. The hoop winding head includes bobbins that feed fiber bundles to the mandrel and a circulation mechanism that circulates the bobbins around the mandrel. The control unit controls the rotation and circulation mechanisms such that the mandrel is rotated and the bobbins are circulated in the same direction during helical-winding. It is not necessary to cut fiber bundles after hoop-winding, and wasted fiber is not fed during helical-winding, thereby increasing economy and productivity.
