A method and a terminal for operating a conversation service function based on a messenger are provided. The terminal includes a radio frequency communication unit configured to support transmission and reception of conversation information including at least one of text data, still image data, video image data, and voice data during an operation of a conversation function based on the messenger, a display unit configured to display a conversation function screen according to an operation of the conversation function based on the messenger, and a controller configured to output a text message based on the conversation information, and to output a thumbnail image corresponding to one of the received still image data and the received video image data on a user designation profile image region, when the still image data and the video image data are received during the operation of the conversation function based on the messenger.

A second transistor is connected to a second gate line. The second gate line extends in the first direction. A third wordline driven by a third sub wordline driver is between the first wordline and the second wordline.

A physical vapor deposition (PVD) apparatus includes: a vacuum chamber; a pedestal arranged in the vacuum chamber and configured to support a substrate; a target arranged on the vacuum chamber and including a deposition material; a shield arranged on an inner sidewall of the vacuum chamber toprotect the vacuum chamber from the deposition material; a target power supply applying a target voltage to the target to generate plasma in the vacuum chamber; and a magnet configured to induce the plasma to the target; and a magnetic field formation line connected with the target power supply, wherein the magnetic field formation line surrounds the shield symmetrically with respect to a center of the shield to form a magnetic field in the vacuum chamber.

According to an embodiment, a method for controlling an electronic apparatus includes: obtaining a voice command while a first application is executed in foreground; obtaining a text by recognizing the voice command; identifying at least one second application to perform the voice command based on the text; based on information of the first application and the at least one second application; identify whether to execute each of the first application and the at least one second application in the foreground or background of the electronic apparatus; and providing the first application and the at least one second application based on the identification.

A system and method for providing a voice assistant service for text including an anaphor are provided. A method, performed by an electronic device, of providing a voice assistant service includes: obtaining first text generated from a first input, detecting a target word within the first text and generating common information related to the detected target word, using a first natural language understanding (NLU) model, obtaining second text generated from a second input, inputting the common information and the second text to a second NLU model, detecting an anaphor included in the second text and outputting an intent and a parameter, based on common information corresponding to the detected anaphor, using the second NLU model, and generating response information related to the intent and the parameter.

A semiconductor package may include a substrate, including an inductor array including inductor structures, and a semiconductor chip and a voltage regulator each on the substrate. Each of the inductor structures may include an input terminal, an output terminal, a coil between the input terminal and the output terminal, and conductive wirings. The inductor structures may be apart from one another in a second horizontal direction. Each of the coils may include a lower horizontal winding wound horizontally, an upper horizontal winding wound horizontally, and a conductive via. In a plan view, the coils may be arranged in zigzags, and the coils and the conductive wirings may be alternately arranged in the second horizontal direction.

A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device include preparing an initial substrate including an edge region and a central region in which circuit patterns are formed, forming a reforming region in the edge region of the initial substrate, grinding the initial substrate to form a substrate, and cutting the substrate to form a semiconductor chip including each of the circuit patterns. A crystal structure of the reforming region is different from that of the initial substrate.
